This is a very bad hotel, they bullied me as a foreigners. I think I have Paid a VIP service, was not given a proper room. Just a room with NO AIRCOND, NO TV & Not even any hot waters, just a pain for me to scoop & shower, not to mention the water quality is very very low. I will give O points for this bullying of Foreign guest. I wonder if the bosses knows any thing about his service crews at all. I expect the booking company to gives me an explanation of this issues. It's not a 1st time thru RedDooz, in Philipinnes I experienced the same too but with extra crocoaches. I think I will not used their service & get All to boycott their user in the future. Finally I left after 2hours later.
