Le doy un 10 de 10 a este hotel, fui con dos amigas y nuestra habitación tenía un patio privado con piscina y jacuzzi sólo para nosotras, todo muy bien decorado y los espacios interiores muy amplios, destaco el baño principal que tenía una ducha enorme. La habitación muy limpia y la ropa de cama también. Todo el personal muy amable, siempre intentando hacernos sentir cómodas, la comida muy rica en especial los desayunos. Como sugerencia los masajes son maravillosos y recomiendo hacer el trekking dentro del hotel, es corto pero el lugar muy bonito, además la guía "Miel" muy profesional (es la perrita del hotel).

Este hotel es woooow! otro nivel, el servicio es increíble, la atención maravillosa, tiene una vista divinaaa, el spa es como sumergirse en otro mundo, todo espectacular y queda super cerca, les recomiendo mucho las villas un espacio privado que te transporta a otro lado, recomendado al 100%

Surroundings are lush and green with many types of birds and a nice walking trail up the mountain. Unfortunately the pool was being remodeled while we were there and workers started using power tools early taking a bit of the morning magic away. Overall, a nice place except for the rugged road leading to the hotel.

El hotel es espectacular y todos sus trabajadores son hermosos, súper atentos y queridos. No tengo ninguna queja del servicio o las instalaciones. El spa es todo lo que está bien en la vida, ya sea para plan de amigos o en pareja. Y la comida es deliciosa.

This is a lovely spot, but is 25 min from Pereira, so it is rather isolated. We enjoyed that at first, as we were very tired. There is no where to walk, so our time was spent by the pool reading.The food was very good. We took some day trips, went to Pereira, not really a place to see. We did go to the Cocora Valley and Salento by private tour, it was lovely. Advise: allow at least 1 1/2 hours in Salento to enjoy the very charming town and good shopping (nice leathers and some quality merchandise, not all China stuff).

The hotel itself can be found at the end of a single lane backroad which can easily reached by car or taxi. The staff is friendly and the dining options are good and not overpriced. The entire property is relaxing and comfortable. The layout is lovely. On second look some details and maintenance are dated. One thing that bothered us were the less than cozy lighting options in the room at night. Basically full ceiling lights or two night table lamps that had mismatching light temperatures (warm white and daylight). The stylish bathroom came also with bright daylight lighting. (Good or bad depends on your preference) The torches or gas fireplaces were not in use but would have been nice at night. The breakfast experience was not on par with other high and spa hotels we have visited but not bad either. Overall I think it has been a pleasant one night stay. My expectations were perhaps a little too high which is no fault of the hotel.

Very relaxing stay. Loved the pergola for romantic dinners overlooking the pool and valley. Interesting hike up to two lookouts. Would recommend the coffee tour and trip to Marsella. Staff very friendly and their driver Jorge. Enjoyable massage with hot stones and relaxing jacuzzi.

We stayed in the Guacamaya villa. It was very modern and comfortable for families. We had our own jacuzzi, swimminy pool and fire pit. Breakfast was included and had several great options. Food was good but service could be slow. Beautiful views and highly recommend the trail. Some parts of the trail could use maintenance. The hotel included courtesy transportation to and from the airport. Very close to the airport.
