The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. In the photos, there was space on both sides of the bed. However, the room I was assigned had no space around the bed, so it was much smaller. On the other hand, the temperature in the room was very low, even when plugging in the thermostat which otherwise made a lot of noise. In fact I had to sleep with a coat on and I was still cold. I am not a cold person, so someone who is may have a lot of trouble sleeping. Also, the room had no lock. I heard other rooms did have it, so I guess it would be mine. Considering the thinness of the door and how basic the lock is, I didn't feel very safe sleeping on it. There was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and in some areas of the room. And finally, the noise and discomfort of the pillow did not allow me to sleep all night. There was noise coming from everywhere. When booking this hotel I was expecting a basic Ibis Budget type concept, but nothing like that. The only thing that saves this hotel is the attention from the reception, which has very pleasant staff. Otherwise, I would not return to this hotel no matter how cheap it was.

There were no private bathrooms as advertised for the room, more hostel room with shared toilet and shower. Towels are for purchase and there was clearly no rainfall showerhead.

HOTEL CORRECT PROPRE ET SYMPA

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, especially the lovely guy with the glasses who worked the bar. Room was clean and well-maintained, pool was clean and nice, overall good. Minor complaints would be that the beds weren’t very comfortable and the balcony door didn’t open properly. Beer at the bar was also cheap. Would stay again.

When I arrived my reservation was not on the computer, the person on the reception only spoke french. ********** was not answering the calls, was the worse experience I ever had. Will never use hotels.com.anymore.

There was no one at the reception but there is a telephone and the guy came right away and was super nice. He spoke French, English and a little Spanish. We come every year to see Perpignan at Christmas and it goes perfectly. Price quality you can't ask for more.

Far from the centre, but easily accessible for this, essential, with sink, mirror and socket X hairdryer etc comfortable, TV in the room free internal parking, 24 hour reception, bathroom and shower also for the disabled, X large towels (which you can then take to house) €3, friendly staff, vending machines for drinks and snacks at the entrance, well heated independently, excellent value for money!

I do not recommend the experience to anyone. We paid for a room with a private toilet and they gave us a room with a shared toilet. On top of that, the girl at the reception tells us that everything is complete and I doubt it and if there were rooms with private toilets on the upper floor but they did not give them to us. A shame all the truth.

No towel in the room ☹️ Very small room.....really small Air-conditioned hotel brand but loud noise when the lights are on and very dirty ... and you get all the dust from the engine. So no air conditioning (enlarge the photo to see the dust in the fins Finally very disappointed

Great welcome from some staff!!! There is a very unpleasant reception girl.... Otherwise the first days were pleasant but arrived on Saturday big argument in the middle of the night and staff were cleaning the hallway or dragging carts at 3am so it was I don't really recommend this hotel

Dirty hotel on all levels. A shame to have paid so much for such a poor performance. Radiator with exposed wires hanging under the window, no soap, no towels. The worst part is that there was no toilet paper in the toilets and the water in the shower was boiling and not adjustable so I I had to take a shower elsewhere... Finally traffickers gathered in the parking lot with the chairs of the hotel in front of the entrance watching everyone. To flee imperatively, and I want to specify that I never put negative comments usually but this is too much it is inadmissible and unacceptable...
