Room is small but enough for me stay for one night. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is good. The hotel connects the city centre with a bridge, you can enjoy stunning views on the bridge.

Rent och fräscht. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Underbar frukost med bär och hela den Skotska frukostmenyn. Fri r Parkering.En genomfartsled utanför fönstret var nog det enda minuset.

The hotel is two Edwardian houses a 15 minute walk from the city centre, albeit somewhat uphill on the way back. Our room was well appointed and well presented. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and the cooked options were excellently prepared to order and tasted great. The proprietors were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, a balance not always achieved by guest house owners. We'd happily return in the future.

Good location for visiting Perth. Rob made us feel very welcome & the staff did the same. We stayed in room 2 which is to the rear . Very comfortable & quite. Only 1 thing ...The TV could be bigger 😂 The breakfast was very nice & had a good selection to choose from. Added bonus was parking facility

The guest house is two houses next to each other. The room was lovely and clean with a tea/coffee tray and a wee fridge. It is on a main road with traffic, which did not worry me. Parking off road in front. Breakfast provided good continental and cooked options. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

A very clean room and very a nice hosts.
Good and tasteful brea kfast. You can choose different options. Even a full Scottish breakfast.
