A beautiful place! Lovely garden, a nice, clean pool and very good food. The personell was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms are so charming and spacious. We will recommend it to anyone going to the area.

Questa è una critica spero costruttiva. La struttura ha un potenziale enorme. È in posizione ottimale per visitare Perugia e i dintorni, ha spazi esterni molto belli e il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile (grazie per la colazione gluten free). Ma va “svecchiata” un bel po’, rinnovata negli impianti, negli arredamenti, nei particolari. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento in mansarda, e onestamente per questi livelli di prezzo non è accettabile la trascuratezza di quasi tutto: il lucernario oscurato con dei cartoncini bristol tenuti insieme con lo scotch (vedere foto), la cui apertura elettrica non funziona. Mi è stato risposto che “il tecnico la ripara ma poi si rompe sempre…”. Durante la notte (caldissima) mi son dovuto arrampicare su una sedia per aprirla. Le tende oscuranti lise, rovinate, dozzinali, il bagno maleodorante, gli impianti vecchi con le plastiche ingiallite. Il “terrazzino privato” imbarazzante (di nuovo: guardare le foto). Mi ha indispettito molto la discrepanza evidente tra le foto della camera sul sito e la realtà. Onestamente in queste condizioni non vale assolutamente i soldi che si spendono. Tutto troppo trasandato. Davvero un peccato mortale non riammodernare un posto così.

Struttura molto bella, immersa nel verde con tante tipologie di stanze ben arredate e molto pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile. Bella anche la piscina con ombrelloni e lettini compreso nel prezzo. Se devo trovare una pecca la mia stanza dava sulla strada e la mattina si sentiva il passaggio delle auto. Colazione molto buona e varia dal dolce al salato da gustare davanti a un meraviglioso paesaggio.

non ci tornerei nemmeno se fosse l’unico posto aperto a perugia. per fare ristorazione bisogna saper stare al pubblico, requisito non pervenuto. cibo scadente, come il servizio e il personale. se non è gradita la presenza degli ospiti, non è obbligatorio aprire un attività ricettiva.

Abbiamo appena trascorso 2 giorni in questa struttura per festeggiare il compleanno della mia compagnia tra i servizi aggiuntivi che abbiamo richiesto c’è la S.p.A. Privata per 2 h un massaggio da 1 h una cena per due (2 antipasti+1 primo+1 secondo+2 dolci e caffè per un totale di 99 euro precisando che esclusi gli antipasti di carne le altre portate erano di pesce)volendo potreste spendere anche meno La gentilezza e la cortesia del personale la fanno da padrona,nonostante le nostre richieste extra..la camera assegnata era confortevole e comoda nonostante qualche pecca,lo staff è stato sempre disponibile a risolvere qualunque nostra richiesta…la S.p.A. È stata un plus che ha reso davvero speciale questo soggiorno,la piscina esterna con Bar bordo piscina non ha nulla da invidiare ad altre strutture,comoda e funzionale… la vicinanza dalla e45 per qualunque spostamento risulta essere elemento non da poco in caso di spostamenti La colazione sia dolce che salata nel nostro caso era compresa nel prezzo,abbondante e ricca di prodotti fatti in casa…

Mooie locatie met uitzicht over de vallei. Super vriendelijk personeel en de eigenaar brengt je overal naartoe met leuke verhalen en aanbevelingen. Eten in het restaurant is prima en Super vers. Oude stad van Perugia is op een steenworp afstand en zeker aan te raden.
