Is a decent hotel but do not expect much in terms of service. Room size is big but cleanliness has more room to improve. They played Christmas music on the room floor lobby so loud that I can even hear it in my room ( my room is not the nearest to the lift lobby) and had to call on two days to ask them to lower the volume. The cafe has limited choices on their menu. Will I come back? Yes if I need to do business around that area but is not a hotel that I will want to stay if I have a choice.

As always, this is my preferred hotel each time I stay at Petaling Jaya.  Location is great as it’s nearby every where I need to go in Petaling Jaya.  Hotel room is clean and customer service is great. The only disappointment this time is that the car park is no longer free.  It is now RM2 per entry which may come up to a high amount is you drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day.  Hope that the hotel will bring back the free car park for hotel staying guests.

Overall a disappointed stay, as room & bathroom are rather dirty, limited amenities although its a business centric hotel. Complimentary indoor parking is provided. Gone down standard.

Walkable to mansion cooper. the place is nice. Just the cleanliness can improve a little bit. Overall it's worth the stay

The reception lady was nice n very helpful. Room are comfortable. The price is reasonable for the room. The hotel also at strategic location

For Grand Deluxe room - Toileteries aren't complete as listed, no toothbrush or toothpaste. - Small LCD TV with poor reception, blurry images.

Great and nice hotel for a staycation. Comfortable and clean room. Close to public transport. The restaurant in this hotel also serves really good food.

Overall stay was good The guest received a RM10 Decathlon voucher which is good. The location is really strategic. Downside is that the internet connection is a bit slow as I'm having a zoom meeting and frequently breaking.

Overall quite good experience at hotel. Very convenient to go on lrt thru out kl . Nearby everywhere. And it’s relatively cheap.
