The hotel is in need of a makeover, some of the fittings a little outdated. The pool is little more than a plunge pool though the setting is superb. The breakfast is average, so much so that whilst my wife went for breakfast most days I stayed in the room and just had yoghurts. The minibar doesn’t work and nothing is cold in it. There’s no room service menu though they allow outside deliveries for guests. That’s all the bad points. Now for the good points.
The rooftop bar is relaxed and atmospheric, the sunsets there are sensational and the cocktails are superb. The service from the staff was incredible. Always helpful and informative and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome and that makes up for the shortcomings of the actual building itself.
Also the location close to Perrybere beach and a short taxi ride to Grand Baie is pretty good too, though it’s a long taxi ride from the airport.

The stay at this Hotel was amazing. Vikesh and Michael where the two managers and upgraded our rooms because we had a small problem with our original room. the wait staff where amazing Raj,Shanish and Minesh kept me well hydrated. Ryan and Lenado where our fantastic waitors. They have a brilliant chef Adhil that served 5 star and Michelin quality food. i would recommend this hotel to any travllers. it is a short distance from Grand Baie central that you can catch a taxi or take a walk too. the nicer beaches are also a short drive away.there are a few average beaches within walking distance

Très accueillant à notre arrivée Le personnel à nos petits soins Le restaurant au top et copieux (petit déjeuner, et repas du soir) formule demi-pension Chambre propre et accueillante et le lit très confortable Seul bémol la piscine n'est pas chauffée (en période d'hiver) Pas de prestations proposées (bateau, sorties, lieu à visiter) même si notre séjour était déjà préparé

Went to celebrate my friends birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We tried different dishes and the food was a 10/10. The atmosphere was very nice and calm, it's the best place to relax... and the view was amazing as well. Highly recommend! 👌🏽

We had a very nice day at ocean v.All the staff was really kind and helpful.A special thanks to Navin and Dev for their kindness.Our room was very clean and cozy.The food was excellent and the vibe at the rooftop was really nice.We will surely return and recommend the hotel.

In overall, the experience has been absolutely magnificent. Manish has been an amazing help in the restaurant. Both the dinner and the lunch have been delicious. Krishnee has given us a warm welcome at the entrance and Navin has been a great help in getting our luggage down, giving us an amazing feeling leaving this hotel. We’ll definitely be back!

It was an unexpected plan with my bestie at last minute and we were so grateful for the moment we spent at the hotel. It was an amazing experience. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Everybody without exception ! Dear management team, do recognize the efforts of your staff and give them the recognition they deserve because they do ! Many thanks to Mr. Navin who works as bell boy. He does a great job. He also has a very pleasant personality and attitude. He was very caring and delivered a very good service.
