Niki Studios Sea - Front

Had a very relaxing time at Niki Seafront Studios. Great location just a short stroll to the restaurants and bars. Had a very comfortable double room (14) Spacious with a good bathroom. A private balcony at the back over looking an allotment that we spent time watching the man tend to his veg. This balcony catches the morning sunshine to enjoy your morning cuppa with a small side view of the sea and a view of the church that's lit up at night. At the front of the room is a communal terrace that catches the sun in the afternoon where you can sit and catch the last of the rays with a good book and a drink or chat to your neighbours. A nice quiet property that is lovingly looked after with a garden to also sit in and watch the sunset. With use of the pool at the suites located just behind (3 min walk) and bar serving decently priced food and drinks, I can't think of a better place to have stayed. The staff always with a smile and a greeting and a safe environment for all. Very impressed.

Had a fantastic stay at Niki's seafront apartments, lovely family run apartments, spotlessly clean and would surely return. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and served almost immediately! We could use the pool at the suites, wow! Beautiful pool area and the most comfiest sun loungers ever! Thanks to Niki family and team.

I can see why these apartments get such good reviews. Its absolutely perfect. Lovely place with even more lovely people running it. Its not far from the fabulous resort of Petra so ideal. The Nikis Seafront are traditional greek studios and also the stunning Nikis Suites which look amazing.. The pool is the best ive ever used. No chemical smells etc... Im a travel agent so go on many holidays but this has been one of my top 5. The resort of Petra is lovely itself, cobbled streets lovely tavernas and bars which are lively but still traditional. The busiest was at the Blue Sky apartments which was a great night. All the restaurants were good and we found everything very reasonable for cost. The resort of Annaxos and Molivos was accessible by a tourist train in the day then taxis at night. One day we got a hire car from Antonys Car Hire in Petra which was brilliant. Went to The Thermal Spa for the best massage ever. I definitely loved Lesvos and hope to visit again

Stayed in the junior suite, good location but what makes this place extra special is the people who run it.Everybody is genuinely pleased to see you, nothing too much trouble , the breakfasts are just what you need to start the day.

Arrived back from a wonderful 14 day stay at nikis seafront studios. On arrival we were welcomed and shown the new studio apartments and immediately upgraded. Niki, Marios and all other family and workforce couldnt do enough to make our holiday special and we really cant wait to go back. The rooms are immaculately clean, cleaned every day and fesh bedding and towels every 3 days. The pool was beautiful, along with all the garden spaces. The family really do work so hard and they are always on hand if any queries or help is needed. We loved our room, the beds are so very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The towels are heavy and fluffy but so soft. The sun loungers around the pool are the best we have ever used and felt like an actual bed. Just a short walk from Petra center where you will find so many different places to eat and drink and a fe, lovely shops to pick up qnything you need alongside and gifts you might want to purchase. Niki, Marios and team keep up the good work you truly do have a lovely property and we cant wait to come back, it was so hard to leave such a relaxing property.

Arrived home a couple of days ago after 14 nights at Niki seafront apartments. Welcomed by Niki shown to our room. We had asked for a first floor with sea view but were given ground floor room 7. A little disappointed at first as this room is on the ground floor with a terrace. The room is very compact with no window other than the bathroom and a small opening in the door. However it was exceptionally clean and had a full sized fridge, kettle, 2 cooking rings, tv and air con.The bathroom is small and the only ****** was the shower curtain didn’t keep the water in. The bed is one of the most comfiest I have ever slept in. After slight disappointment on arrival we woke the next morning and were more than happy with the room and the air con (payable on arrival) was more than adequate. The house keeping staff are amazing, friendly hard working and cleaned to a very high standard. She left beautifully arranged towels each day and was happy to have a chat. The pool area is beautiful with very nice Sun loungers and umbrellas and a lovely bar area with seating and tables. The staff there are lovely and the drinks are priced well. Unfortunately it doesn’t stay open late, closed around 8ish, would be nice to go back after eating out and relax with a drink or two. Also maybe bar snacks? On the whole a fantastic place with friendly welcoming staff, near to Petra centre and great value for money. Would we go back? Yes 😊😊

Just back from a 10 day holiday in Petra, staying in Niki’s apartments (the original ones) traditional with balcony, good fridge, drawers & hanging space for clothes, one of the better bathrooms we’ve had in Greece and BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN. The rooms are serviced every day. Lovely peaceful gardens, beautiful pool at the back. The apartments are very handy for the restaurants, bars & shops but at a quiet end of Petra - just the sea to listen to! Thank you Niki & family for being such great hosts, you all work hard.

Just home from a ten day stay at Niki studios. Loved every minute. We stayed in the older part of the complex. Rooms very clean and tidy Niki and her family are always around to help and nothing is too much trouble. The new area with bar and swimming pool is beautiful and the sun lounges are really comfortable. All in all in my opinion a great place to stay. Near to the town of Petra to walk in but far away for peace perfect peace

Booked this accommodation due to the good reviews and location to enjoy a self catering holiday where we would only eat out every evening for two weeks .On arrival we were shown our studio a tiny room with a kitchen that was not fit for purpose the only utensils / equipment were 2 rings a kettle fridge 1 saucepan plates cutlery and cups/glasses no frying pan , spatula can or bottle openers toaster etc .Bathroom again tiny to get in the shower you had to squeeze past the toilet .The balcony again tiny overlooking allotments .We immediately asked if we could move as 2 weeks in this tiny room was daunting but we were told it was full .We asked to pay for the safe and were given a 4digit number my the manager which we explained was not acceptable as our insurance would be null and void if there was a theft so eventually we were able to put our own in .The second day we were returning to the studios to be approached by Nikki the owner waving her hands in an aggressive manner shouting no bacon no bacon we were stunned and told her we had not had bacon we later found out it was the room opposite and also below us they had bought a pan in the local shop 15 euros and the other couple had brought theirs from home even so it is self catering so should not have been an issue.We never had an apology .We complained to the jet2 rep but nothing changed .We also had a problem when the toilet bin was not emptied on a sunday we even offered to move it ourselves due to bad hygiene but again Nikki was very angry .We have since resolved these issues with jet2 but it really did upset our holiday so please be warned if you are considering these studios buy Nikkis breakfasts and donot complain about anything and you will be fine .
