Great old mansion refurbished to cater as a comfy inn. Five rooms only and common veranda gives it boutique feel. Location is ok, 8-10 min walk to the beach and tavernas by the sea. Parking can be tricky in high season, but you'll find a slot in neighbouring streets. Very polite staff. Nice and well served breakfast, including fresh orange juice (no espresso/cappuccino though). Good deal and a relaxing stay.

It was my first time in Petra for me and my friends. This is the cleanest and most organized place in the area. The pictures the business posts on the web page and the scenery you encounter are the same. Clean, and peaceful. The owner, Evgenia, is very helpful in every matter. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There are various types of handmade pastries. There are also very nice marmalades and jams. It is approximately 500 meters from the center of Petra. Thanks for everything Evgenia.

I have visited Archontiko Petra’s with my friend and loved the time we spent at this amazing house. Mary was very amazingly friendly and helpful. She made us feel as we are in our own home. The breakfast was great and Mary done it all by herself. It was a very friendly environment and the Hotel was very clean. I ll go back definitely. 🙏💕

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση είχαμε κάνει κράτηση μέσω booking ερχόμαστε 16.05 καθώς η ώρα προσέλευσης που αναφ είναι 15.00 και είναι μόνο η κυρία που καθαρίζει δεν γνώριζαν για την άφιξη μας δεν ήταν έτοιμο το δωμάτιο ετοιμάστηκε γρήγορα εκείνη την ώρα μπήκαμε στις 16.30 προφανώς σε ένα βρεγμένο μπανιο για κακή τους τύχη άκουσα στο τηλέφωνο που αανέφερανότι έγινε λάθος στα δωμάτια καθως ειχαν άλλη μια άφιξη εκείνη την ημέρα και όταν της ανέφερα ότι άρα οποίος έρχετε πρώτος πιάνει το καλυτερο δωμάτιο μου απάντησε ότι ολα τα δωμάτια είναι εξίσου ωραια αλλά το μοναδικό δωμάτιο του ισογείου που μείναμε εμείς το πρωί προφανώς και ακούγαμε ότι γινόταν γύρω καθώς διπλα είναι ο χορος πρωινού- ρεσεψιόν- καθιστικό σαλόνι, το πρωινό μέτριο ντροπη να έχεις μπαγιατικα κατεψηγμενα σοκολατοπιταπιτακι παράθυρο ήταν χαλασμένο ενημερώσαμε για να γνωρίζουν ότι δεν κάναμε εμείς την ζημιά, το ίντερνετ δεν δούλευε σωστά καμία από τις συσκευές μας δεν μπορούσε να συνδεθεί στο wifi, θα μέναμε ένα βράδυ και μας άφησαν μισό χαρτί υγείας και επειδή δεν υπαρχει ρεσεψιόν το βράδυ δεν είχαμε χαρτί, το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν σαν ξύλο πολυ άβολο μάλλον το έχουν από το 1821 το δωμάτιο δεν έχει μπαλκόνι όπως ρώτησα μας είπαν ότι κανένα δωμάτιο δεν έχει, καλοκαιρινό κατάλυμα και να ψάχνεις που θα απλώσεις το μαγιό σου δεν ξέρω τι να πω. Επίσης κάτι ακόμη που δείχνει πόσο επαγγελματίες είναι το πρωί έστειλε την κυρία που καθαρίζει και ήταν εκεί στην άφιξη μας να ζητήσει συγνώμη και να μας πει ότι το λάθος ήταν δικό της ένα λάθος μια επιχείρησης το επωμίζεται πάντα η διοίκηση το να ρίχνεις ευθύνες και στέλνεις τους υπαλλήλους σου δείχνει τον επαγγελματισμο σου. Στις φωτογραφίες που υπάρχουν στο *********** όλα φαίνονται ιδανικά αλλά στην πραγματικότητα ενώ σαν πελάτης περιμένεις ότι πληρώνεις και γι αυτό απαιτείς κιόλας μια επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση μάλλον πιστεύουν ότι τους κάνεις και χάρη που πας καθος η μόνη απάντηση που πήραμε στην όλη καθυστέρηση είναι ότι αν δεν μας αρέσει να φύγουμε.

Beautiful property tucked away in a centrally located street walking distance to town and beaches. Great bakery for bread and coffee next door, and a close walk to many delicious restaurants and a variety of shops. The rooms are a nice size, with many accommodations (robes, slippers, outlet plugs, towels) and very clean. The breakfast food was expansive each morning, with many local options made fresh daily. Marie prepared the breakfast each morning, and took extra time to ensure she explained the local foods and that we tried all the freshest food options. She was also able to make us eggs to order each morning and provided fresh squeezed orange juice. Marie helped us with our laundry and told us about the best local restaurants. Overall, she was very careful to ensure we were having a wonderful time. She made us feel at home and we looked forward to her morning breakfasts each day! Highly recommend Archontiko Petras!

Oude herenhuis fantastisch modern/country ingericht met ruime hoge kamers midden in het dorp en op loop afstand van het strand. In een zen sfeer erg goed ontbijt in een mooie groene tuin. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!!
