We had a very good time at the hotel though it rained. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

The hotel is old so the facilities are degraded. The cleanliness is not very good, I found the bed sheets a bit damp so it was not very comfortable to sleep.
BF's breakfast has few dishes, not delicious, not attractive.
Compared to the room rate, it is not worth it.

At first, the air conditioner in the room leaked all over the floor, and they didn't change it. After a round of communication, they changed it to a twin room. The bed was small, but it was clean. The swimming pool downstairs was nice, but it might be off-season, so there were not many people. It's very close to the muddy river, just a few minutes walk away!

The reception is cute but the restaurant is not. I called to book a table for dinner because I checked in late, I had young children, and the staff couldn't answer the phone clearly. The facilities in the room are not worthy of 4 stars, the bathroom is old, lacking many personal items (razor, conditioner, hair...), 1/4 of the room I stayed in had a bad smell even after cleaning. Reported that the receptionist had used essential oils but the first night I couldn't sleep well because of the smell!
The first floor lobby and floors are hot and stuffy because there is no air conditioning or ventilation fans. The swimming pool is okay but I don't see any pool security. The hotel has the plus point of having a private beach.
