The reception is cute but the restaurant is not. I called to book a table for dinner because I checked in late, I had young children, and the staff couldn't answer the phone clearly. I turned it off and didn't call back. I called again to book a table, then finalized the order and asked for a deposit, ok. I said text message to transfer money, but there was silence. The facilities in the room are not worthy of 4 stars, the bathroom is old, lacking many personal items (razor, conditioner, hair...), 1/4 of the room I stayed in had a bad smell even after cleaning. Reported that the receptionist had used essential oils but the first night I couldn't sleep well because of the smell!
The first floor lobby and floors are hot and stuffy because there is no air conditioning or ventilation fans. The swimming pool is okay but I don't see any pool security. The hotel has the plus point of having a private beach.
