В отеле нет горячей воды! В информации о номере, где написано, что есть горячая вода - допущена ошибка. Отель без водонагревателя и без горячей воды. Мы не смогли холодной водой помыться, так как она была очень холодная.
А утром пошел дождь и вода с потолка потекла прямо на нашу кровать. Мы от этого проснулись и поставили стакан, чтобы вода стекала в стакан. Расположение отеля не очень хорошее, до магазинов пешком далеко.

The rooms were renovated in 2023 and were well-cleaned, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. As for the facilities, there was a hot shower, a kettle, a reading light, etc., so there was no inconvenience. There is also a motorbike rental service, so if you are used to riding, I think it would be fun to rent one.
The staff were all very kind and could speak English. They couldn't exchange money, but they told me where I could and even arranged for a bus.
As for the location, there are restaurants, general stores, cafes, etc. nearby, but it is a little far from the main tourist attractions, so I think you will need to use Grab.

The hotel has good service, good sanitation, clean and tidy. We were able to answer all our questions and help us book a shuttle bus and a day trip. We will come back next time. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator.
