The reason I decided to stay in the bungalow at The Cliff Resort was to have a quiet rest in a private space. So when I first checked in, my request was to be assigned a room where I could rest quietly. However, during my 3-night, 4-day stay, my sleep and rest were continuously greatly disturbed. It was a 4-day stay that was noisier than the hotels on Bui Vien Street in Ho Chi Minh City. I was disturbed by the neighbors who listened to music loudly until late at night. I was also forced to wake up early in the morning because of the neighbors who watched TV or listened to music very loudly from 5 a.m. every morning. Several Vietnamese male guests in the neighboring room drank and chatted until late at night, close to midnight, and continued to listen to music loudly. First of all, the biggest problem was the structural problem of the bungalow room, which was not soundproof at all, and the fact that they neglected this and showed no consideration for the guests who shared the same building. The resort staff did not ask me to move to a different room or tried to move the neighbors. As a result, I am very disappointed with myself for staying in this resort for 4 days and expecting to relax in a quiet environment. Even though there was a big cockroach in the room, the terrible noise that lasted for 4 days was the worst experience. I do not recommend this resort and the bungalow. It was a noisy 4-day stay than the hotel on Buibien Street in Ho Chi Minh City. I was affected by a neighbor's hotel, which listens to music loudly every night until late at night. I was also forced to wake up early in the morning because of neighboring hotel guests who watched TV or listened to music aloud from 5 a.m. every morning. Several Vietnamese male guests in the neighbor's room chatted over drinks until close to midnight and continued to listen to music aloud. First of all, the biggest problem was the structural problem with the bungalow room, which was completely soundproof, and there was no consideration for customers who left it unattended. The resort staff did not ask me to move the space or attempt to move the neighbor's room. As a result, I resent myself for staying at the resort for four days and expecting a break in a quiet environment, and I'm very disappointed with the response of the resort. Four days of horrible noise was even worse for me, even though there was a big cockroach coming out of the room. Rooms at this resort and bungalow are not recommended.

My second time to Mui Ne, I chose to stay at Sea Cliff Resort Hotel both times! The staff are enthusiastic and the service is very considerate! The hotel has a large private swimming pool, where you can lie down and soak up the sun! Staying in a beach house, you can see the sea directly from the room! The room is also very spacious and has a private bathtub. The price/performance ratio is higher than other hotels!

I really like The Cliff. Spacious with lots of trees, beautiful view, standing there will give you a photo. The Terra room is so pretty, worth the money, if you look closely it is a bit old but it does not affect the experience. Service 10 points, all the staff are cute and happy to support customers. Only the breakfast buffet has a few dishes, not as delicious as the review Will definitely come back ❤️
