We had very bad experience with this hotel: they refused our booking and we have to find any other stay because of no any boat back to phuket. Otherwise we have to sleep under open sky

Too remote! Don't book this hotel. You can't find a boat back to the north after playing in the center of Phi Phi (Tonsai Bay) until 8 o'clock at night. As a result, you have to bite the bullet and get ripped off by a disgusting boatman! (2000 baht per trip) Then the money was spent, and it took about 15 minutes to walk from Lana Bay Pier to the hotel on a mountain road. There was a long section without any lights at all. It was very dark and super scary! It was not early when I arrived at the hotel, and the front desk was off work, and there was no staff! ! ! The reception desk turned off the lights and closed! It's in the wilderness, and I don't know what to do if something happens!
The shower in the bathroom is broken, but it can be used barely.
The hotel does not have its own private beach, and I paid more than 1,700 yuan a night! The sea under the door is full of stones, which is very painful! 15 minutes walk next to it is Saii Village Hotel! Their hotel has its own beach and its own diving club, free bicycles and so on, and the infrastructure is much better than this hotel!
And because this hotel is remote, the transportation fee is very expensive. The hotel is awesome, one way is 1000 baht! And it's free to pick you up, and it's cheaper to send you to Tonsai if it's 8am and 12am (250 baht per person), and it's more than 1000 baht at other times. **** rip-off!
In short, don't book this hotel, it's so remote!!!

Le choix de cet hôtel s’est fait par hasard. Quelle très belle surprise (si ce n’est l’arrivée qui fut un peu compliquée ce mère basse). Le site est extraordinaire. A flanc de colline quelques cabanes dans lesquelles tout le confort minimum est présent. Un point fort : la très grande propreté. Par ailleurs présence d’une piscine qui est la bienvenue au retour d’une balade. Et le resto : vue exceptionnelle mais et surtout, la très grande qualité des plats qui y sont servis. Tout était super bon et super présenté. Enfin un très grand coup de chapeau au personnel très à l’écoute, et super serviable. Un coup de cœur évident!

Its worth the boat trip getting there out of Kho Phi Phi main town as thats horrendous, well on its way to rivalling Magaluf for crowds, neon and stink...but the Chalets are pricey, like the rest if Kho Phi Phi, which had my 4 days boat trip not ended there, I would avoid. Its very smart, relaxed and well serviced

Breathtaking location. Delicious breakfast, kind and friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely pool. Biggest advantage for us was the excellent snorkelling from the beach. There’s coral and the edge of a reef a swim out from the beach - fantastic snorkelling each day - we didn’t need to organise a separate snorkelling trip. Free use of kayaks was great too. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Very family-oriented when we visited. 10 -15 minute walk (or 5 min tuktuk) to other bars, shops, restaurants.

We’ve enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, away from the beaten path and ideal for what we wanted. It’s on the shore with a relatively small pebbly beach although some sand at low tide. Perhaps not the best place to sunbathe but they have a very nice pool for that. it’s a fine beach from which to snorkel in relatively shallow water, the water very clear with an abundance of sea life to appreciate. We snorkeled and kayaked from our hotel (free equipment). The food here is good, the menu offers Thai and Western food. We mainly ate the Thai dishes and enjoyed them. The staff is very accommodating. Kudos especially to the manger Khun Suchada who is friendly , professional and very helpful. We had a spectacular view of the ocean from our cabana.

We had a disappointing experience at the hotel because on the first night we had a lot of termites in our room which made us sleepless for a whole night! In the morning I tried to ask the hotel for help, but they said that they didn't have much to do since we are in nature. The view from the room and the pool is very beautiful.
