Awesome find. So close to the pier. Was easy once I got off the speedboat, grabbed a McDonald’s and was a 2 min walk. Was greeted at the desk by judee. What a god send. She told me all the places to visit, eat and explore. She has so much knowledge. I booked a island trip through her. She helped me so much. I also booked my ferry to krabi through her and she even walked me to the pier to make sure I got on. I booked extra night there. Air con in the room. Hot shower most of the time. Quiet area at night which was a bonus. Judee never forgets a name. I was mr Nick.. I don’t know how she does it. What a delight she is.

The overall experience was good. The lady who works there is helpful if you are a first timer visiting the Island like us. She’s quite informative and cares a lot for your pleasant stay on the island. If you’re clueless about how things work, she gives good recommendations as well. She booked us a private boat for island hopping and also booked us a good ferry back to Phuket. We are grateful. The only drawbacks would be the room facilities. Oh, there was a faulty smell in the room, (bearable though) not sure if it was from the bathroom or from outside. Of course we can’t expect everything to be perfect since it’s an island.

As for me, that place is a little bit overpriced for provided facilities. But the location is perfect and the room is clean.

The location is very good, close to the pier and generally you are in the middle of everything. You can book the hotel for a few nights, it is OK for the price, but for a longer stay another hotel is definitely the better choice as this hotel does not have a pool or a breakfast buffet for those who want one. But as I said, it is completely OK for the price.

This place is ideal for my quick stay! The owner Juni is so friendly and helpful! She made sure I was well looked after - provided useful information + recommendations and even helped with booking a boat tour for at a cheaper rate. Also the location is pretty much in the center of the island and really short walking distance to a lot of shops.

The accommodation needs urgent renovation. On the one hand, it is well located 2 minutes from the ferry and 3 minutes from the atmosphere of the island but without being bothered by the noise of the party. The receptionist and the woman he is with are very kind and friendly. That's it for the good.
The room needs urgent renovation, damp on all the walls, the towels are clean but old, the room smells musty and for me the most important thing is, the bed and the pillow are very uncomfortable, it's not worth it at all, the mattress sinks and you touch the springs, I couldn't sleep all night and the next day the same. On the other hand, in the bathroom there is a water pump that is heard all night and is quite annoying. In short, the owner should renovate and invest a little at least in mattresses and pillows. I'm sure that even if it is always full because the island always has people, he could get more benefit from it.

Great Staff, Super Clean Hotel
We walked 5 minutes from the pier, we were greeted by me Julie who was warm welcoming and funny, she gave us all the advice we needed while on the island and made sure we were never without, the room was basic but very clean in the heart of Phi Phi town, however no noisy distractions to keep you up and night, great for on a budget and be in the centre.
To me Julie and the housekeeping, thank you for making our stay so special,
