Ivan the concierge was absolutely wonderful in helping me with surprises for my son for his 21st birthday. He arranged and beautiful balloon bouquet as well as a bottle of chilled champagne and a very nice note. He also was so helpful with restaurant and bar selections and was a wealth of helpful knowledge. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and the rooms and amenities were all great (including the downstairs bar/restaurant). Last but not least the location near Rittenhouse square was very safe and a wonderful area for restaurants, shopping and bars just a short walk away. We look forward to our next trip to Philly and Ivan and the staff I know will be there with open arms. Thank you again for your help.

F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected. This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.
