Check in staff is fast and friendly, room is spacious, location is not ideal, not many attractions and restaurants nearby. Good for budget travelers, air con is no good, not cool, provide Chinese and western food in the mornings, food is not ideal

Everything was justified according to price. Staff is very helpful, many restaurants nearby. Night market and all other attractions are 10-20 minutes by TukTuk. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel for this value of money. Reception is nice and friendly. We had late check out at 14:00, No problems at all. It’s ok to stay if you come to Phnom Penh for few days

Overall good budget hotel. Front desk is helpful with decent English skills. Located in BKK 3. Breakfast buffet 6 am to 9 am is quite good with an "all you can eat" approach to fried eggs, noodles, rice, vegetables, soup of the day, toast bread with jam and butter, three kinds of fruit. Tea and coffee.

This is a cheap option for accommodation with an average breakfast(buffet) . The price is adequate to what you pay for. The hotel has a good location close to the S21 museum (about 7 minutes walk). About 30 minutes walk to the central market or the royal palace. lWeak WiFi. Helpful staff in the lobby. Inexpensive meals in the restaurant.

Mattresses and blankets are old and dirty.

The price is affordable and the staff are helpful, but the room needs some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The room was very dirty. The pillow shirts had some yellow stains like there were ***** on them. The hotel was full of *********** and the wifi was extremely bad.

What a nice clean cheap hotel.. Front desk staff speak good English and are very helpful. Breakfast was ok and acceptable . Rooms were clean and well maintained. I always check the filter in the AC and this was clean. Most small hotels it is dirty. I would definitely stay here again.

Everythings algood except for sliding doors broken and shower drains clogged. Good location for everything as it is in the middle of the city.
