The hotel was very clean! The front desk clerk was very cordial.

房間還湊合，靠近西面街道車輛通過有噪音，睡覺不好的就別去。早晨品種基本能吃。交通比較方便，去植物園動物園和石山看日出比較方便，附近沒有什麼餐飲和超市，北面不遠處可以直接上高速，還算方便，環境不錯，看上去安全整潔。離機場也不算遠，開車很方便來去。

The room is OK, but there is noise from passing vehicles near the west street. If you don't sleep well, don't go there. The breakfast is basically edible. The transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to go to the Botanical Garden, Zoo and Shishan to watch the sunrise. There are no restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You can get on the highway directly not far to the north, which is quite convenient. The environment is good and it looks safe and clean. It is not far from the airport, and it is very convenient to drive there and back.

We booked this hotel in a hurry from the plane on a connecting flight. We were just spending the night and finishing our travel the next day. We checked in at 11 at night, after a long day of travelling. Patrick at the front desk was super helpful and was pleasant to check in with. The room was clean, quiet and more then met our expectations. The free breakfast was great! Everything you could ask for, the area was clean and well looked after and everything was stocked up and available, even at 830. Overall just an excellent experience. One point, is there no shuttle. Call the hotel and they will arrange a Lyft to pick you up and take you back to the airport for you for free

Jessica greeted us at 2:30am after a horrible experience with AA airlines, delayed flight missed connection stranded in Phoenix and hours waiting for luggage. But Jessica gave us a Bright spot with her professionalism and genuine concern for our situation and did everything possible to make our unexpected stay GREAT so appreciated the pet friendly last minute accommodations!!

I had made a mistake twice booking the wrong nights. The lady who was at the front was extremely understanding and helped me out so much with getting me a room for the nights I would be staying there and even honored the price. Amazing service!!!
