Located about 4 km from the city center, this establishment is run by a friendly Belgian-Laotian couple. We stayed there 2 nights; we were the only customers. Once there (difficult, because little known by the tuk tuks in the city center), it is difficult to escape, the tuk tuks only come on call from the establishment which has "negotiated" prices of an unequaled level in the Laos. Everything that is offered there is at a very high price for the region: we had dinner there the evening of our arrival, average quality and x2 price of a meal in town. the bierlao is at the price we paid in “standing” hotels. We also took the tour of the Plaine des Jarres sites offered by the boss. To avoid: more expensive than the tours offered in town, extremely limited comments and not always accurate, you are more likely to be with a driver who is paid for his lunch in addition to the price which is ultimately not a day discovery package (entries sites also to be paid extra) The room was small, the bathroom even smaller (2 x 1.5 m² for toilet and shower whose water drowns the toilet paper). Uncomfortable bedding. The room was full of dust and our duvet was dirty. When we asked to clean the room and change the duvet, this was done with an extraordinary comment: "we did not have time to check the room before your arrival...."
