如果俾得起錢，一定要來享受下！環境、服務絕對係無得彈，房間好美，四處都係打卡位，無邊泳池靚到不得了，聖誕節一去到食早餐buffet就有聖誕老人派禮物，聖誕裝飾都好靚好特別，餐廳一樣超靚，早餐烘焙超好食👍🏻一入到酒店就有welcome drink
我好後悔住得太少，正想住多一晚，完全喺酒店唔夠時間打卡

本帶著無限期待入住。但最後體驗卻一般。首先,萬豪的四周環境的整潔度只是一般,甚至遠比不上洲際。泳池很多沙,池邊的長椅也沒有職員為泳客鋪上毛巾。其次,我們帶同6歲兒子同行,但酒店居然告訴我們,兒童的拖鞋及牙刷套裝短缺!!未能為我們提供!!一間5星酒店居然連此類用品也未能提供,實在叫人吃驚!!

I really like this hotel. I can stay in the hotel without going out. It is said that the hotel's private beach is one of the best in Phu Quoc Island. The hotel gave me a first-floor location for the sea view room. It is very convenient to enter and exit. The balcony is right outside the door. The beach is just a few steps away. 敷地が広いので市内に出るのには他のホテルより時間がかかります。ホテル内でゆっくり過ごすのにおすすめです。レストランはリゾート価格です。1番気に入ったのは朝食です。品数が多くて、和洋中韓が揃い、飽きないです。お味も素晴らしく、クロワッサンがとてもおいしかったです。スタッフの対応は手際が良く、さすがJWマリオットだと思いました。

The pool towels had moldy smell and turned grey from white. For a premium brand like JW Marriott, you’ll think housekeeping will tidy up your room daily, but no they didn’t. I had to call housekeeping to tidy up my room daily, or else, no one will come. The room service tray was kept outside my room for over 24 hours and no one came to take it away. My friend came over to help my family take photos but the hotel didn’t allow. We’re only allowed to use our iPhone to take photos, but not with professional cameras.

Pool/facilities are the best. But not much activities worth mentioning. The restaurant is also very good. Although bit pricy. I think spend more than 2 nights here can be boring.
