I booked this hotel because it was close to Noi Bai Airport, but I wanted to arrive at the airport around 5am, so I asked the receptionist to reserve an early morning taxi. I thought 80,000 VND for a couple of kilometers was expensive, but I thought it was unavoidable since it was early in the morning, so I agreed.
When I went down to the front desk in the morning, three people were already in the car! That's how it works! I was stunned...
The hotel was quiet and I was able to use the room without any problems if I just wanted to sleep.
