it had everything it had a mini cinema a kids playroom a yoga room and two restraunts and a ps5 with a nice pool and massage and the rooms were very spacios and it had a football club and ladies night wich makes it a amazing hotel and it is a eco freindly hotel

Nice hotel tucked away from busy bustling part of Phuket. Shuttle service is provided to bring guests out to beach or boat avenue. There's a few nice cafes and restaurant around boat avenue areas. Staff are attentive and always helpful to provide guidance on where to go, what to do. Definitely worth coming back for another stay :) Special call-out to some of the hotel staff - Kig on her friendliness, Cee for his great recommendation for local cuisine and Tangkwa, Big, Num, Baitoey for showing great hospitality. They simply and always put customers in their thoughts and ensured we have a great stay! Thanks for making this a memorable trip for me.

We like the place and we’ll be back again! It’s a very clean, simple newly built boutique hotel with all the amenities we needed. We loved that our room (305) has direct pool access (like a lot of the rooms). It was very well placed and very convenient. Food was great with reasonable pricing. However, the restaurant (small but very well enough for us) closes at 5pm (which we only found out later). The staff and workers are very friendly. Maybe it’s a fluke, but it took us about 25 minutes to have our (simple food) order. The bathroom got clogged when taking a shower. But we managed since our schedule was very hectic. Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

The room is very cozy and beautiful design . Recommended for long stay also provide those kitchen item for you to cook, microwave, and bread toaster. If you are looking for nice view room better get a Two bed room suite on the 6 or 7 floor over looking at the bangtao beach. Besides, location is great close to restaurant, super market and Surin beach just by walking distance around 10 mins . Much more convenient if you rent motor bike to go around as there are no taxi service around that area. Lastly the most important my kids enjoy the infinity pool and food on the roof top is delicious which is value for money.

It's the best hotel that I've experienced! Staff was really kind and helpful the room and the every place was so beautiful!! it's fun to take a cart. of course breakfast was good and delicious This time I visited with my sister and we talked next time come together with parents:) So thank you everyone 😊 🙏

Отель новый, в виде корабля. Рядом стройка, до моря топаешь по дороге. Хорошие номера, видовой бассейн, спа. Ко мне в гости приехал сын 6 лет. Мы были в зоне бассейна. Ко мне подошла менеджер отеля, белокурая блондинка славянской внешности, и чисто на русском языке объяснила мне, что детям в этом отеле не рады. Попросила меня покинуть отель. За приличные деньги которые им заплатил за номер и оставил в баре у бассейна получил такой месседж. Далее тратить деньги мы пошли в соседний отель. Вот такой случай произошел со мной. В данный момент времени проживаю в отеле номер 328, выезжаю 10ю01ю2024 года. Поеду в будующем в данный отель- скорее нет, чем да. Валерий Д.

We booked this hotel for a no-frills overnighter as we will be arriving late and checking into a nearby resort the next few days. Hard to locate as it was in a dark corner and not well lit. We managed to locate second time around. Check-in was a hassle as the front desk guy could not speak much English but relied on Google translate. He even read from a prepared note to asking us if we want to move to a lake view room as the booked room was facing the main road and noisy. We took the option thus giving up the included breakfast. It was raining overnight so we had no idea what lake view was. Room was big, comfortable but dated and has one of the best firm mattress we experienced so far. Aircon took a long time to cool the room but everything worked. Issue was the noise from the distant disco continued till 4:30am and kept me awake all night. In the morning it was still raining but we woke up to marvellous view. When we checked out there was not much of breakfast seen but more of a made to order set thus limited variety. Do be aware there are only space for 4 cars onsite if you are driving with more further away within 5-minutes walk which is also where youll find food, grocery shop and the Boat Avenue Friday Night Market. Convenient and good location for the small hotel, and cheap too.

The room on the 1st floor is quite a lot of mosquitoes. Bedside lamps are old and damaged and electrocution is very dangerous. should be tested often
