Old hotel , scary , no signal , wifi can’t play , no sea view , no smart tv

Response from Property: Dear customer, We are sorry for your unpleasant stay with us. There is wifi signal in all our rooms. We are running 5 Ghz internet in our property. We have received some feedbacks that not all phones are capable of receiving 5Ghz as the speed is too fast. Hence, we have downgraded our router to the slower 2.4Ghz recently. With the downgrade, all of our customer has no issue with connecting to the wifi. There is no smart tv in our room but we do have an external internet TV box that is connected to the TV which provides your access to the use the TV like a smart TV. This is my third time coming to Phuket, and I highly recommend it! It's hard to find a hotel in Phuket at this price that is right next to the beach. It's hard to find this kind of hotel on other beaches. I really regret not staying here the past few nights. Very comfortable! The room is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the food in the restaurant is delicious😋Recommended!
