For my first time in Seoul, I really wanted to make sure that I'm staying at a hotel that is clean, somewhat new and in a great location. Moxy Myeongdong ticked all the boxes perfectly. The room maybe small, but they could fit in 2 queen size beds! Everything in the room was flawless - especially the bathroom! The location of this hotel is simply amazing! The Myeongdong area is a must place to visit for shopping and food! The night market is fun and cheerful! I had an amazing time!!

My 1st choice of hotel when I'm in Seoul.Excellent service from the staffs and location is right in Myeongdong.

Booked 3 nights to depart Sunday,enjoy weekend after busy business week, Typhoon alert cause me to change my plans as work required I be there on Monday. Tried to cancel my remaining 2 nights booking but hotel refused citing no refund policy after first nite stay. Disappointed to not be able to negotiate any credit or penalty. I will have to boycott booking property again on upcoming business Seoul trips.

I had a wonderful stay at Moxy Hotel for a total of 7 nights as a solo female traveller. Felt safe throughout the entire stay and the hotel room was very clean and modern, located right within the Myeongdong streets! You can telecast youtube/netflix from your phone to the TV, and the room even had google nest. Location was only 3 minutes walk away from the Myeongdong station, and close to many eateries. No issues with carrying luggages up to the hotel. Towels were replaced every day with new ones and bed sheets as well. I looked forward to stepping into my room after a looooong day out everyday 😊 The only thing lacking was the amenities such as gym and swimming pool. But good enough for my stay. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time staying at Moxy Seoul in Myeongdong! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the action with endless shopping, street food, and entertainment options just steps away. It’s also super convenient to the metro, making it easy to explore the rest of Seoul. The vibe at Moxy is unique and refreshing – it’s stylish, youthful, and has a lot of personality. The lobby is a fun space with vibrant decor and lots of spots to relax, play games, or grab a drink from the bar. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms, while compact, are incredibly well-designed with clever storage solutions and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and I loved the quirky touches like the colorful artwork and fun lighting. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and provided a nice escape after a day of exploring. Amenities at Moxy are great – the gym is small but well-equipped, and there’s a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city. The breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of local and international options, and the atmosphere was casual and relaxed, which I really enjoyed. Overall, Moxy Seoul, Myeongdong, is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a trendy, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in Seoul. I loved my stay and would definitely choose Moxy again on my next visit!

Located in the heart of Myeongdong, Moxy offers trendy rooms at a decent price for Seoul. Rooms are small so best for 1-2 nights. The staff were a highlight as they were really friendly and so much more accommodating than the place we stayed few days prior which was 5 stars and 3 times the price. They also speak English which is great and something you take for granted in this city.

Hotel is super convenient. Minutes away from Myeongdong station. The China embassy is right next to the hotel so there’s quite a bit of police officers around all the time, very safe for female travellers. Although it’s a little troublesome that you’ll need to change lift from lobby to the rooms, the lift service is are pretty fast. There’s also laundry room where it’s free of charge. Will definitely book again when in Seoul

I love this hotel. Although the room is small, the service itself superseded that flaw. I have booked this hotel in Oct when I am there next. 😀

Superb hotel, staff service, location and everything. Room is very clean and staff are all very very polite. Is just 2 mins turn out to myeondong and walking distance to namdemun market. I will surely return!!!!!! There's a 24 hours convenient store right below the hotel.

Hotel staff is friendly. Room is new and clean. Air con is very good. Hotel offer welcome drink. The location is very closed to Myeong-dong shopping area. Highly recommended.
