Malaiwana Villas

I decided on this villa because of the invincible sea view in the pictures. Although there are no reviews for reference, everything is beautiful when I go there. The unobstructed sea view is very comfortable every day. The environment of the villa is large and all areas inside are very nice and clean Comfortable, the villa is equipped with a butler and 3 service staff. However, I think there are a few things that need improvement: 1. The housekeeper of the villa is very enthusiastic and willing to help, but the result after the communication is still not good. For example communicate portions and cooking methods on food. Even though there was a mistake, it was just an apology, but the guest could only accept it. The hotel will email me the menu in advance and we will order directly in advance. I also have a general note and the number of people to inform the portion, and the villa will also help estimate. To mention, the price is based on the purchase price of ingredients + 20% service charge, plus tax. We had a lot of leftover food for two dinners, which is too wasteful. Should the hotel have a standard for purchasing food, such as how many grams? In this way, guests can also know the budget price. 2. Speaking of food purchases, you will be given a purchase order when you check out, which is handwritten in Thai! Excuse me, how do tourists know what you wrote in this list? Shouldn't there be an English comparison? In this way, guests can also clearly know their expenses. So now I don't know what my own food expenses include. If it is not what I ask to buy, such as the endless fruit delivered every day, I don't know whether it will be included in the calculation. 3. At the final checkout, I was told that there would be a 3% extra charge for credit card payment, which is really unreasonable for a villa hotel. However, I didn't mention it when I sent the confirmation letter from the beginning, and I didn't know it until checkout. So in the end I gave half cash and half credit card. 4. After leaving, I returned to my country only to find that I had missed two books by accident, but I was told that I had missed them only after I took the initiative to ask. If it is really worth it for this beautiful scenery, but the hotel service still needs to be strengthened.
