We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as the location was very strategic at Patong beach and the family room was big enough for us family of 3 with the additional bed. Very comfy stay and wide spread of breakfast (every day different menu).

It’s a little hard to rate. I only stayed for one night. It’s OK in every aspect. However, as Patong has the highest rating, the requirements are higher. Personally, I think it’s because of its reputation. It’s hard to live up to it.

Stayed there for 4nights, rented a car to drive around and was given free parking in the hotel basement with super efficient security team on standby. 👍🏽
The swimming pool had clear view of the seaside, gym was a little small but full of equipment.
Room was clean as shown on photos.
Breakfast spread is quite a lot, definitely spoilt by choices.
Lastly, the Staffs are all welcoming, warm and friendly! Had a chat with a few of the front desk personnel, and definitely love the vibes they are giving. Will come back for sure!
