Very friendly and polite stuff. Hotel is situated in a tourism center, very close to the beach. The restaurant in the hotel serves very nice food, my personal favorite is the cappuccino 😊

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Phuket.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location and on-site massage station right by the pool. 10/10. The hotel is only a 5-min walk from the famous and beautiful Patong Beach and a 15-min walk from the famous "Patong Beach Bangla Walking Street" & "Jungceylon Malls." Everything else was what one might expect from a 3-star budget-style hotel. So not to say it was anything bad, it met our expectations quite well. My only complaint is that the showers were a bit wonky/weird - if you were to spray water directly against the shower glass doors (which are also 2 doors that fold together), the water runs off the bottom and actually splashes the bathroom floor entirely, like a flood, getting the entire floor wet. So when you shower, you need to make sure the water doesn't directly spray the glass panels. Other than that, the hotel was quite decent! We enjoyed our 3-night stay!

A decent hotel for its price, but no more than that. Standard 3 stars, but it does not match the level of the IBIS in other countries. The breakfasts are good, room cleaning happens only when the cleaner feels like it, TERRIBLE air conditioning system. The room is damp, smells of mold, I started coughing and my lungs hurt after staying in this room. Good location, small cozy rooms with a balcony, and beach towels are provided. The pool is dirty and small, and it is not cleaned. However, the location is excellent and the price is not very high. Additionally, a security deposit of 3500 baht is required upon check-in. It’s strange.

Ibis patong is strategic location especially for muslim , near halal food and mosque. It is also located near the famous bangla road and the beach.

Hotel is well located in the area near by the beach and nearby multiple good local and western restaurants. Laundry service just around the corner. Hotel it’s self is good serviced by very friendly staff. Definitely recommend for small budget and good service!

Hotel great staff great only 1 thing why do they only provide 1 chai on balcony not great when a couple can’t sit outside together I really don’t understand why would like area on for this not couple environment

Swipe card not really function, as we have to try so many times to get into our room. The door swipe not detect the card properly. And this is tiresome.

Don’t hesitate to ask them to clean your room and change your empty water bottles. The location is great as the beach, 7/11, laundry and currency exchange centers are located really close to this hotel. Btw, they need 2000 bat deposit.
