The room is terrible, don't stay there, it's so noisy, I couldn't sleep at night. We booked for four days, stayed for one day and then checked out and they didn't give us a refund, even when we contacted Ctrip, they still wouldn't give us a refund. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, don't ever fall into this trap.

Nice Hotel with really nice staff (especially Ben, who helped us a lot!). The only bad point is, that this area is really loud. It’s really hard to sleep at night, but you will get used to it. But it’s location is really close to everything, so really convenient.

Just a few minutes walk from the mall and beach and there is a nightly food bazaar just next to the hotel. Breakfast is a set meal and not buffet style but portion is good before you explore the town. Room size is great

The cleanliness needs to improve. The room floor & toilet floor are very sticky. Before charging the penalty of towel dirty charges to the guest. Pls look into the cleanliness of the room. Because we pay expensive with the room dirty!!

Pillowsheet was a bit sticky and damp no idea why but overall okay. No toothbrush toothpaste fyi. Location is pretty good, walkable to patong entertainment things and mall
