This hotel is not what it seems. It was a nightmare. When I booked this hotel I read some reviews online and saw that they have a separate building next to the hotel and people warned others to be careful because the hotel staff put you in that area. It looks like an old apartment building that the hotel bought and turned into part of the hotel and it was terrible. This hotel is unsafe, dirty and noisy. My experience was not good. They put me in some random apartment building even though I arranged a quiet room in the main building beforehand The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the next room, the room above and in the hallway. I was woken up by a couple fighting at 3:30am and there was no staff because the staff got off work at 10pm The most terrifying thing is that there is no security downstairs and the elevator does not require a key card to use so anyone on the street can go upstairs because it is just an open apartment building on the side of the road. Also the safe was broken and I had to call the hotel staff many times to have them come and fix it and they refused to let me change rooms even though I offered to pay extra When I was lying on the bed I was itching all over, I turned on the light and the sheets were dirty and there were small hairs all over the bed, it was disgusting. No staff came to change the sheets and they expected me to sleep on the dirty bed all night The plumbing in this old apartment building is very bad and the sink in the bathroom was clogged and dirty. They don't provide bathroom amenities but luckily I brought my own because I always bring extra stuff. I paid 500 yuan a night and they couldn't even provide a toothbrush They refused to give me a refund because I booked for 2 nights and they even refused to give me a refund. I left the hotel the next day and let them keep the reservation and when I was at the checkout counter they rebooked someone else. So this is clearly a scam on their part There are better hotels nearby that are maybe 50 or 100 yuan more expensive. You're better off choosing another option and you think you might save on costs but at the end of the day it's not worth it and you'll end up spending more on medical bills because this place is not up to hotel standards. I hope this review helps you, be careful of scams when traveling outside of China, not every place is as honest as China

Although the room had a kitchen and microwave, it is a difficult hotel to rate. Depending on the room, the sound of motorbikes may be annoying until late at night. Also, in rooms where you can't hear motorbikes, the religious sounds from the mosque may be bothersome. It faces the road leading to the old town, and is always crowded with two lanes. As a result, motorbikes sometimes ride on the sidewalk, which can be irritating. The breakfast is disappointing for a four-star hotel. Also, it seems that they don't check whether you are a guest or not. The rooms are new, but I would like to point out that they are noisy and far from the beach.

This hotel is OK. Its location is not good, it is a certain distance from the beach and business. There is a mosque about 100 meters away. At 6AM Beijing time, 5AM local time in Thailand, there will play loud music to the hotel room to wake me up. I got a room at the end of the corridor, which is not good in Thailand. I don’t know the reason of the hotel. Is it because I am from China where I am not welcome or because I only stay here for one night.

There is a gecko in the room, the sanitary conditions are poor, there is a temple nearby and it is very noisy, it is difficult to communicate with the store, and the problem cannot be solved, it is not recommended to stay at his house
