Nice place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nearby restaurants, massage parlours and convenience store, very convenient. Tourists spots also nearby.I like it very much. Will stay there again if visit Phuket again. Five stars given.

It was the worst leg of our trip. Management very unhelpful, breakfast charge per person was 430bht ridiculous, poor quality and cannot understand 5 star...it is not worth it. Food was disgusting ordered twice, hoping it would change...pathetuc. I will not recommend staying there. Coffee in room 1 each...very stingy management, looks like family owned saving a buck. Not worth the stars. Needs review. When complained, other eople also checked out early with no refund. Sad

This is our 3rd stay in this hotel, despite they're located on beachfront, but the area is not for swimming. However, they do have a feeder bus to Nai Harn Beach. The feeder bus service can be improved and offer more trips on peak season. 158 rooms Resort, but only offer a maximum of 20 persons free ride to beach, this is not correct. The Trainees in the Hotel lack Training. No greeting when entering the restaurant in the morning. "Room nos" was the 1st word utter from the staff. The housekeeping did not change our bed sheet for 4 consecutive days. Towels were not replenished. Some towels were dirty and torn and come in different sizes. Rubbish were not empty on 2 occasions. I blame this on the management who did not provide proper guidance and training to the Trainees and proper hotel's etiquette. The Hotel Staff were better previously, but now need a lot of improvement.

The Beachfront Hotel is conveniently located and offers spacious accommodations. The separate living and bedroom areas were a nice touch. However, the presence of mosquitoes and dust detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. The front desk staff was polite, but the check-in process was somewhat slow and confusing. The hotel’s location is convenient, but the need to exit and re-enter the building to access certain areas was inconvenient.

Nice and clean place to stay although the beach is not for swimming. I like the beach bar though. The room is full of facility so you can enjoy even you dont like going out.

Hotel is located on Rawai beach, however, you cannot swim or get into the water there. The sea view wasn’t entirely what it appears to be. Cleanliness was considerably lacking. Pool was cloudy in color. Ordered afternoon tea and there were cockroaches coming out of the tray. Daily housekeeping was minimal, they made your bed but didn’t actually clean/sweep/mop. Our door lock stopped working during our stay, it took 2 days and multiple requests to finally get it fixed. Staff was wanting to be helpful but didn’t appear genuine.

I had concerns regarding privacy and security, and uncomfortable to stay. The location is good, just poor coordination between reception and restaurant. Some services is good as standard but some privacy and security are poor. Bed sheet had musty smell.

Love this hotel , best location and best service .
