Disappointing Experience - Would Not Return
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and 8 days, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.
On the first day, we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom, which we immediately reported to the reception. However, to our surprise, no one came to address the issue or even follow up. This lack of concern was very disappointing.
Additionally, during our stay, we ran out of shower gel and had to repeatedly ask for replacements. Despite this being something that should have been noticed by the housekeeping staff, we had to request shower gel 2-3 times before it was provided.
The breakfast served daily was basic and monotonous, with no variety or anything particularly special to look forward to. The same limited options were available every morning, which made the experience less enjoyable.
Another issue was the communication with the ground staff. They seemed to struggle with basic English, which made even simple requests challenging to address.
Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. For these reasons, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

I like the style of the hotel. It is very comfortable to have direct access to the swimming pool. The breakfast is quite rich. The location is very convenient. It is not very close to the beach. The service is also OK. We came back to stay for 3 days and booked a room with pool view, which was also very nice.

The hotel is like a palace, great experience. The room, the balcony, the pool, location, all perfect.
Also the bar in the lobby has awesome coffe specials. I recommend Vietnamese egg coffe.
If I must complain about something, it would be the size of the hotel. For the lobby door to room door it took me 7,8 minutes of walking. But ok, it was a nice workout hahah.
