The hotel's location is unbeatable, super convenient. It's just a 5-10 minute walk directly to Phuket Town, which is really handy. The room facilities are just average, but this is my second time staying here. I prioritize convenience, so I brought my friends to stay here again this year.

The accommodation is close to the old town, making it very convenient to travel around the city and easy to find food. It's a great location.

The hotel allowed me to check in at 1 p.m what was such nice gesture ,the room was clean and had hair dryer ,had place for drying clothes,clean towels .The thing which disappointed me is the cost of breakfast 250 baht and the temperature of water in shower was super hot.Also,the room has bad soundproofing.But the price is still good.

The hotel is just okay. At a good location. However, I didn't know how to lock the door and I went out without locking it until I asked the staff how to do it. I felt a bit unsafe with the door situation. The water pressure was not hot in my room and I showered with cold water for those 3 days of my stay. The staff checked when I complained and it was hot when she was there but cold again as soon as she left. The breakfast was just so-so, more tailored towards Chinese guests.

The location is excellent for exploring Old Town Phuket. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in, however our room was ready and we were allowed to go straight to our room. Had we needed to wait, luggage storage was offered and the reception lobby is large spacious and cool. The room was large ( a superior twin), with a fridge, flat screen TV, coffee making facilities, plenty of hanging and storage space, as well as complimentary water. The bed linen was of a nice quality as were the towels, white and fluffy. The bathroom was spacious with ample room for toiletries to be laid out, complimentary shower gel, shampoo, shower cap and ear buds were provided. There is also a hairdryer. The shower was hot and the pressure adequate, not super powerful but powerful enough to thoroughly wash my hair. WiFi in the room and throughout the hotel was without fault. Breakfast was included in the price which was taken downstairs just off the foyer in the Breakfast Room. Breakfast consisted of tea and coffee, toast and juice. Cereal was available as were pancakes. Hot options included eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also more traditional options such as fried rice, curry, noodles and steamed vegetables. The swimming pool on the second floor was a great place to chill out in the morning before the sun got too warm. There are a few sunbeds and a small bench area, the water offered a welcome cool down after a day of exploring Phuket.

A well-located hotel in the heart of the Old Town at a great price. I found the info for this place on the know.travel website, which recommended booking here, and the location turned out to be perfect for exploring. The room was comfortable, and the AC handled the heat very well. A buffet breakfast is available on the ground floor for an extra fee if you need it. There’s also a small pool on-site, which is a nice touch for a quick dip. Overall, it’s a solid choice for staying central without overspending.

Not a very new hotel, but nice accommodations to stay for few days, close to central street, nice cafes nearby

Very clean room with a good city view and a little balcony where the door can open to get some fresh air in.Pleasant stay and the breakfast is reasonable.Easily reachable,great location!

I stayed for four days. The location and staff were good, but I felt a bit uncomfortable because the cleaning could be improved and the bed was noisy.

Our stay was excellent. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and there was easy access to a convenience store.
