Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket

I will say right away that the hotel does not pull for 5 *, good 4 stars, breakfasts for 4, infrastructure for 4, they promised a room with a view of the lagoon, gave a view of the garden, palm tree and swamp. Breakfasts are monotonous, with meat except pork - a disaster, everything quickly becomes boring. The infrastructure is poor, there is little entertainment for children, one can say they are not there except for a small children's room (the pool does not count). Towels in the room were most often 1 per person (a total of 2 pcs for 2), sometimes they gave a hand towel, a small one, and right on holidays (there were 2 days of them apparently 😀) there were 2 large ones, for 2 weeks, well so-so for 5 *. The furnishings of the room are poor, on the TV there are only children's channels in Thai. The hotel is building a new building, this almost does not interfere and it looks like the lower level of the hotel was flooded in the summer, they did not let you there. The only thing that is 5* is the staff, I want to thank the Russian girl (sorry, I forgot her name) and the Thai girl Fyeta. They are very attentive and make your stay at the hotel a little more pleasant.

Very nice hotel with great service. The rooms are very large and nice. The pool area is a great place to linger (if the other hotel guests allow it). Small criticisms: more cardio equipment in the gym would be useful, as the waiting times here were often quite long, and the corridors in front of the rooms could be swept more often. Unfortunately, our corridor was very dirty with tufts of hair, etc., and was not cleaned during our 5-day stay. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel again and again.
