Beautiful with very friendly staff. A bit far from the beach but there is a free shuttle every hour. Rooms are nice with all amenities you could want. Nice pool and restaurants

The location is perfect, as it’s close to Nai Harn Beach. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions.

Terrible hygiene for a relatively new hotel (~3 years old). Booked the most premium room, studio suite with pool access and was horrified to find numerous small bugs and spiders moving around on the bed sheets below the pillows. Immediately went to the concierge to let them know about the issue as part of my courtesy and received a horrible attitude from the senior staff. Instead of getting an apology, the senior staff asked to see photos (the room was literally just 2-3mins walk away but I showed them anyway). After seeing the evidence, the senior staff still did not make an apology until we told them that they could literally just walk to the room to check if they didn’t believe. Shortly after, they yielded and said they will change the room (at this point, still no apology). The wait started and we were just left alone at the lobby for a good 45mins with no updates and notice. We cancelled the stay immediately and was still met with passive aggressive attitude. The hotel is underwhelming, far from the beach and close to a stale canal or some sort. Expect a bunch of mosquitos as we were bitten numerous times in less than an hour there). It also takes almost 2 hours to get there from the airport, wasted our time. Should have read more of the reviews before booking. A pity as the other Wyndham hotels look decent. But for this particular resort, absolutely do not recommend.

We loved our stay there! We would definitely come back ♥️ The staff are so nice, the place is great and very clean. We got free fruits for our honeymoon, very delicious.

The cleanliness of both the hotel and the pool area was good, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway. I will definitely be returning!

I loved staying in this hotel! It is situated very close to the beach and the staff were incredibly friendly! The room was lovely, clean but all the amenities you could need. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice place. The hotel is new and the location is good. It’s actually not too far from the beach and there is a shuttle bus. It’s also located in a quiet place. Service is great. We really liked our stay there

Reception staff friendly and Helpful,great design of Lobby with soft music, location 15 mins walk or Hotel shuttle to Naiharn beach,a mini store and money exchange within 5 mins walking distance. Room amenities doesn't match to 5 star Hotel standard, my bathroom Toilet Bowl not functioning well it makes me feel frustrated, another thing is too many block of hotel Building surrounding without nature vibes.If you like to rest and relax, Naiharn is a good choice of location.no commercial activities at Naiharn beach.Didn't try the Hotel breakfast can't comment.

Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket is truly a tropical paradise! The pool access room we chose was incredibly comfortable. With its stunning pool, luxurious rooms, and impeccable service, our expectations were exceeded. The hotel's free shuttle to Grand Nai Harn Beach, a short 15-minute walk away, was convenient. Compared to bustling Patong Beach, this tranquil oasis felt like heaven. A serene escape from the noise! The hotel offers very nice breakfast.

Excellent!!! 10/10. Close to the Beach. Get to the beach early to get a lounger.
