Stayed one night before departure. Clean room with snow-white linen and towels. Instantaneous water heater, but the water was cool. Either it didn't work, or we didn't figure out how to turn it on. There was water in the room, two 0.5. No tea/coffee or slippers. There was a hygiene kit. There is a 7-11 and a good coffee shop nearby. The beach is 10 minutes away. There is a large construction site nearby.

Good service from one man ( don't know his name) but there is no receptionist stand by, we need to call them by phone number when we need to check in or even need any assistance during the day.
Location is great, near 7/11 only 150 meters and can walk to Nai yang beach easily

The owners are very nice people.
On the first floor there is a wonderful veranda for breakfast, until 12 o'clock free tea, coffee, juices, noodles.

We had asked for a transfer from the airport but unfortunately no one answered us.
The hotel is very well located in Naiyang. The small negative point is the balcony that we requested in addition which overlooks a wall...
