Let me talk about the advantages first. I booked a 2-room suite. The room is large enough, the hardware facilities are OK after all, it is an old hotel, and the price is there. The service staff in the breakfast room are really friendly.
As for the disadvantages, considering the price, our expectations are not particularly high, but the basic cleaning and cleaning issues are not guaranteed. On the first morning, I took my children out. Before going out in the morning, I called the front desk to change the sheets and bath towels. The front desk agreed very well. No staff followed up with us on this matter for 2 days afterwards. The same thing happened again on the third day. We called in the morning to ask for cleaning and changing the sheets, and the front desk agreed. When we returned to the room at 2 pm, no one came to clean. The child was very sleepy and had to wait for someone from the hotel to come and clean before he could go to sleep. We found the hotel waiting service manager, but the manager said that she was just a title and couldn't do anything or make decisions. What's more funny is that there was no one working in the entire resort who could solve the problem. Later we called the Wyndham Global Service Center, and there was no solution except an apology. Even the most basic cleaning can't be done. It can be said that the service is worse than that of domestic express hotels. Why pay this price to make yourself upset?
