My Hotel Phuket

地理位置方便 去芭東哪裡都很近 內街也不吵 衞生還不錯 不過酒店比較舊，設施比較一般。對得起這個價錢

Very bad. Had to change the room twice. Paid for an upgraded premier room, instead they put us in a 2 by 2 meter kennel, we refused. Then they put us in a terrible dirty room with broken lamps, dirt, and bed linen with someone else's blood stains. It's terrible. The next day we demanded to be moved. The room was more or less, but the building has no elevator, we walked to the 3rd floor. The linen was initially dirty. Once strangers came in the middle of the night, which means that the key to several rooms is the same. There are no wardrobes in the rooms. They do not provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, although the description states that they do. Also a huge minus, periodically there is no hot water. When choosing a hotel, we refused one reservation due to the fact that the hotel provided information about the lack of hot water (sometimes). Hot water is important. That's why we chose another hotel, but did not know that there was the same problem here, since the hotel did not provide this important information. Beach towels are not provided. When you come to the reception they say that there are no towels left. There is no closet in the room, no clothes dryer. Bed linen and towels are old and dirty. Terrible service!!!!

Since we had to leave early in the morning and couldn't transfer to another hotel, we stayed in this hotel for one more night. However, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, we saw many police officers in the lobby. I didn't want to get into trouble so I went straight back to the room. Fortunately, nothing special happened. It was normal. An An spent a holiday happily. To sum up, this hotel is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to Patong Beach and the surrounding areas. However, the Google Map location often makes mistakes. When I take the car back to the hotel, the driver cannot find the correct location. I have to get off at another hotel and then walk to enter the alley. Return to hotel.

樓下就是有個酒吧但是一點也不吵，還有個飯店和海鮮餐廳味道都不錯，可以去試試，就是門鎖可能一個人不太好打開，得自己備用一個門阻器，整體還是不錯的，沙灘也很近，步行幾分鐘就到了
