Response from Property: Thank you for your recognition of the Ban Raya environment. We are sorry that we did not bring you a satisfactory experience. Regarding facilities, we officially took over the resort in July 2023 and changed its name to Racha Island Pool Beach Resort and Spa Diving Center (Banraya). We attach great importance to your feedback. Currently, Raya has added a small refrigerator; the restaurant's business hours have been extended to 9 pm and open for ordering and delivery services. If you need it, we will also provide services for you; the bar will be open after the restaurant closes It will continue to be open until 22:00 to 23:00. The convenience store (supermarket) is open every day and displays a full range of products. The suppliers of consumables such as paper towels and toothbrushes used in the hotel have been changed. After the change, we set up a special team to collect guests' suggestions. The feedback so far has been positive. We are very sorry for the bad experience we brought you. Regarding service, we have re-evaluated the service awareness, service attitude and reception process of the in-store service staff, and dismissed employees who did not meet the standards. The remaining employees have been trained in various aspects such as language and service awareness, and have been re-evaluated. If the standards are met, we will reopen to customers. Since language communication is not a short-term way to improve skills, we have specially set up a Chinese butler customer service to help you answer questions and plan your itinerary remotely.
