I gave it 4 stars because the facilities are old, but I personally don't have any problems with it. The staff are cheerful and welcoming.
I thought it would be a hassle to hear the noise because it's close to the airport, but I hardly heard anything. On the other hand, it was convenient because you can go right to the beach where you can see the planes landing. It cost 300 baht to get there by Grab, but I could get a tuk-tuk for 100 baht on the way back.
The sea is right in front of you, you can relax in the pool, there's a local market nearby, and it's the perfect location for me since I'm not interested in night clubs.
The morning buffet was also great. I definitely recommend staying with breakfast included.

The resort is very close to the airport. They have separate rooms overlooking the pool, which are quite good. They also have rooms in an independent building. These rooms are very bad (the smell and the inability to open the window).

The hotel is well located on Nai Yang Beach in the center of street trading and local restaurants. The hotel is quite large and long. We took a tropical deluxe room, it is located at the very end of the hotel, you need to go through the entire territory. ATTENTION NEXT TO THE BUILDING 2 BUILDINGS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, QUITE NOISY WORKS UNTIL 9-10 PM.
The pools are good, they clean in the morning with a special screamer.
The room is of average quality of finishing, but to stay for 3-4 nights is suitable. Breakfasts at the hotel are 3, juices are diluted, there is little fruit.

This hotel is basically full of Russians. We chose a suite on the second floor of a hotel that has a jungle feel and is a bit primitive. But there is a beach across the road. We have been walking to this beach to eat for two consecutive years. It is very close to the airport. Get up early or get up early. It would be nice to arrive a day too late

We were in this hotel for the second time, everything is great. Only breakfasts are a C. The coolest rooms are the oriental villa next to the pool. The beach is very close and very clean.
