I'll start with the location, the hotel is located on a hill, offering excellent views of Patong, but this is the downside, it's hard to climb the hill if you don't have transport. It’s a bit far from the sea (20 minutes walk) Service 10/5 speak good English. The room was generally clean, but there were minor flaws (scuffs and scratches on the floor, stains on the sofa). And the room looks great! The breakfasts are excellent, the portions are large, you can choose two dishes from the morning menu per person, plus snacks, fruits, drinks, etc. (buffet). For our last breakfast they made us a farewell dessert, delicious and pleasant. Would we return to this place again, definitely yes!

The error was regrettable made by ourselves but Trip.com and the hotel staff more than helpful in trying to resolve the error! ❤️ One of the highlights of our stay was the daily shuttle service provided by the hotel, offering convenient access to Patong Beach and the bustling Jungceylon Mall. This thoughtful service allowed us to explore the local area with ease, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The location of the hotel is on a hill so it’s the perfect getaway from the bustling streets of Patong!🇹🇭 The culinary experience at Fusion Suites was impressive. The food available at the hotel was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the skill and attention to detail of the kitchen staff. Each meal was a delight, contributing to the overall excellence of our stay. The spa at Fusion Suites was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering massages at reasonable prices. The quality of the treatments and the serene atmosphere provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to unwind and rejuvenate during our vacation. Our room, equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi, was the cherry on top of our stay. It provided a private oasis where we could relax and enjoy the tropical ambiance, making our experience even more special. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Miss Mook, who cleaned our room daily with a smile. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for her contribution to making our stay comfortable. In conclusion, Fusion Suites in Patong is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Thailand. A good and comfortable hotel. It has its own indoor parking, which is very convenient. The rooms are good and clean. The only downside is the smell from the pipes and sewage. Overall, it is comfortable and good. Very polite and friendly staff.

Excellent reception from the staf, impecable uniforms, amazing hotel instalations, beautifull swimming pools, wonderfull SPA and a very asian breakfast stile. Since I am not asian, they had the sensibility to offer me an american stile breakfast. It was more then I could ever expect from them ! Clean rooms and very confortable and calm place. It is defenitly a place to stay ! Thank you for everything Mr NOOK ! Amazing reception and costumer care !

I loved loved loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and the private jacuzzi was my favorite thing. The a**osphere of the hotel is also very relaxing, they have beautiful greenery everywhere as well as ponds and pools. Would 100% recommend.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a private pool and it was exceptional. The rooms were very spacious and both had en suites. The kitchen was high quality, there was a separate dinning area and sitting area - all open plan. There was also a separate toilet. The pool area had a shower and the pool was larger than expected. Four of us in this apartment did not seem crammed at all. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times. The apartment was over looking a golf course and it was just idyllic. We could travel into Patong in ten minutes and it was great to return to the quiet and relaxing Tinidee. My only recommendation would be to have loungers by the pool in the apartment for relaxing days. Otherwise, most definitely worth the money. The extras like providing water each day and housekeeping going over and above just made it perfect.

Noticed most of the weekend, parking lot was almost full. Didn’t try the in-house catering since family preferred to eat out. Checked in/out was switching fast. Swimming pool at 7th floor. Aircon is powerful and comfortable. Family room is large and comfortable.

Overall I liked the hotel, except for one thing. On the first day, we were not even checked into a room, but into some kind of utility room in which chairs were stacked and a massage table was installed. This is the first time I've encountered this. We were simply shocked. Looks like there's a problem with the reservations. There was nowhere to go, so we spent the night like this, and in the morning we discovered a cockroach and ants in this room. The next day we were moved to the second room we had booked with a view of the lake. The view is certainly very beautiful. The atmosphere is calm. Of course, it’s a long way to go to the beach, only by taxi or bike. We traveled through the Bolt app, and it was 300 baht each way.

First, regarding the location, given with this price I will rate it five. It provides shuttle bus service transit from the hotel to Patong beach and Big C, which I will say the travelling time is not long, with 10 minutes by taking the bus. Second, regarding the room, it is very spacious and clean, and the whole hotel as well. We love the size of the room and the facilities are also clean and well-equipped. However, what we dislike is the breakfast. The breakfast is tasteless and dirty. We all got stomachache after that. Flies can find everywhere in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant is not helpful at all.

A nice modern clean hotel. I stayed here with my daughter and used it as a launch pad to the port where Phi Phi tours depart from. The good: Helpful check in, including for organising our tour. Clean and modern. Nice rooms, bathrooms and quiet central air. A top Chinese restaurant attached to the lobby. They had a street food popup rooftop restaurant. The views in the evening were stunning with bush on one side and nightlights on the other. Once you get over the 200 baht charge, the hotel taxi to the old town was very nice. A free shuttle I didn't use - only twice daily, and just to the Central mall. They had connecting rooms, which can be tricky to find. The bad: It's a bit far from things. There is no balcony at the room. The menu prices listed exclude tax and service.. a pet peeve. There was no facility to charge to the room. Paying by credit card in the restaurants they kept setting to the foreign card currency, via some third party with a poor conversion rate. It was a real struggle just to simply get a charge in Thai Baht. The pool is very small but has a nice view. The gym looked pretty good but I didn't use it. Would I stay there again? Yes for sure.
