Hotels in Chalong, Phuket

Hello, everyone. My wife's birthday was celebrated at the villa (7 people). The room is comfortable, large, clean, everything you need is there. Comfortable swimming pool and barbecue area. Good, responsive staff (they met us, showed us everything, and always answered our questions promptly in the chat). We liked it. We recommend it.

Check-in was quick, and all services were provided as described. There are plenty of free parking spaces. Cleaning was done daily, and the floors were clean despite the sand we had to spread daily. The bathroom has everything you need, and there was always hot water. The room has air conditioning and a TV. There's no outlet near the bed, but there's an extension cord. The internet was stable and fast. The hotel is secluded and quiet, and the guests are quiet, many of them families. There's a café on site that makes delicious coffee and also serves snacks. It's open from 7:00 AM, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this beautiful and cozy hotel.

Данные апартаменты понравились именно для долгого проживания! Есть как плюсы, так и минусы, которые можно улучшить. Но общее впечатление - обязательно вернусь сюда еще! Расположение отличное- на тихой улице, бассейн-чистый и чаще всего абсолютно пустой(низкий сезон), ландшафтный дизайн-на высоте, очень постарались с озеленением. Я в восхищении! Радую также такие вещи, как: кулер в коридоре, свежий ремонт и чистота, тишина. В номере есть мини «кухня» с раковиной, где можно при желании комфортно готовить и делать прочие хозяйственные дела(кухонных шкафов нет), есть корзина на складывания грязного белья(мелочь, а нужная вещь!), на парковке стиралка и сушилка. Персонал дружелюбный, ненавязчивый, общаются по вотсапу. Большое спасибо молодому человеку-управляющему, он заметил, что продление моей онлайн брони слетело и забронировал для меня номер сам, чтобы я не осталась без жилья. Уборка в номерах была очень интересной, но меня она вцелом даже порадовала. С одной стороны ежедневно мыли посуду(за что огромное спасибо!), вещи могли сложить в стопочку, а косметику выставить под линеечку, но при этом зеркало от зубной пасты не протиралось неделями, раздвижные стеклянные двери к бассейну были с разводами и не протирались средством для стекол даже после просьбы, стружка от недавней побелки потолка была замечена в ванной, но никто и не думал ее убирать за весь месяц проживания. Даже несмотря на то, что в первые несколько дней у меня жутко болела голова от запаха ремонта, со временем комната проветрилась и у меня остались положительные впечатления от данного отеля. Я с удовольствием сюда вернусь для аренды на долгий срок.

The hotel is great. The room has direct access to the swimming pool. The staff is very nice. There is a 7-11 at the door. It is a great experience. I will come again next time.

I really liked the hotel; the staff were very polite and friendly. It's great that you can jump straight into the pool from your room, have breakfast by the pool, drink by the pool, smoke, and so on. The hotel is quite quiet, right in the heart of Thai life. There's a 7/11 right next to the hotel, and several bars and cafes nearby with very reasonable prices.

We have stayed at Villa Sonata, 4-5 times over the passed 5 years. And we have always loved it, but this time round, the facility's need upgraded. The shower was broken it would spray for both the top shower and the bottom, which would make the pressure really low, the water was cold ( which I don't mind, but washing hair is a bit annoying). The bathroom was mouldy. The sofa cushions no longer are bouncy and rather uncomfortable. And on the last day for some reason they've added a really strange service of 30 minutes before check out, they come banging on the door and ringing the door bell over and over, and shouting check out at 12, which I've never had anywhere else before. And really ruined the vibe of relaxing before leaving. We then had to wait 15 minutes to check out when there was only one person in front of us. So was there really any need for that? Overall we do love the area it is in, as it is next to the fight strip. But will probably be trying somewhere else next time. 

Всё отлично! Единственное надо быть готовым, что в соседнем здании завершаются отделочные работы и его работники работают с раннего утра и до позднего вечера, без выходных. Этот постоянный шум может создавать дискомфорт. Но думаю по этой причине эти комнаты продают с дисконтом 65-70 %. За такую цену в таком отличном месте можно переместить внимание на многие положительные стороны.

Quite and a great place to sleep after training. But 10 minutes walk from the lively area at the soi. Near to Tiger if all you needs is training sleep repeat.
