It is good hotel located just meters away from Patongs Party Street. So you can go there and join lots of parties. The hotel itself is in need for some serious renovation. The rooms are okay - just not nice and well equipped. It is impossible to adjust the AC to low fan speed. We slept under a mosquito net as the doors and windows had quite big gaps to the outside. So have it cold or turn it off. The pool area is fantastic and you have direct access to the beach. For party people the right place! For others maybe not.

Excellent customer service and facilities. we always stays here before because of the nice food and beer but once we tried to checked in their room with jacuzzi we kept coming back. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

A very nice hotel in a great spot in patong. We were traveling as a family of 4 with two young children. Our room was located on the road side which was incredibly noisy with the sound of motorbikes. Asked to change to a quieter room and needed to pay more to move across the corridor to the pool side view rooms. Worth it for the better sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Phuket. It’s a shame the rooftop pool closes at 9pm and no other evening entertainment in the hotel unfortunately but plenty outside on the doorstep. A really good hotel.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

I had some issues when I checked in, the photos on agoda website (particular the photos on the roompage) did not at all corresponding with reality, and that's a pity. But ofcourse that's Agodas mistake,not the hotels. Anyway, that's why only 3 stars because I had a room without balcony and this I really dislike. One other point, in the room was no curtain keeping the light out, so early morning it was really bright in the room. Room was cleaned daily but bedsheets not changed. After day 4 I asked the roommate why they were not changed and she replied that they were out of stock. Ok, at home I also not change daily, but... Staff was friendly, small swimming pool to cool down after beach visit was ok, but only 4 sunbeds... Very well situated near Bangla. For solo travellers, even if you book double room and stay single, this hotel is NOT girlfriendly, guestfriendly, and will charge 500 bht! This was also not mentioned in the agoda website.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. We used the hotels airport transfer service which was quick, comfortable and very reasonably priced, 700 baht for 2 each way, under £20 each way. Large modern rooms with free toiletries, 3 free mini bar soft drinks per day and 2 bottles of water each day. The bed was so big & comfortable, it was unbelievable. When we booked the hotel, I asked for a ground floor room IF possible, as I have limited mobility at times and on arrival we were told that we had been given a free upgrade to a superior room from a deluxe. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast is a buffet style with tea, coffee, 2 different fruit juices, toast, cereals, hot food such as rice and other dishes, salad, cheese, ham and an egg station where your eggs are cooked, however you want them, while you wait. The pool is fantastic with a separate children’s pool which is in view of the large pool. Pool towels are available at either the pool bar or we picked ours up at breakfast. Not a huge amount of sun beds, but we managed to get 2 every day. Te pool bar is great too. There isn’t always a member of staff there but look for the button to ring for attention or go to the restaurant to order and the staff will bring it out to you at the pool. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food is very reasonably priced and of a good and consistent quality. All our food and drinks were charged to the room but you can pay as you go. The hotel is situated about 5/7 minutes walk from Bangla Road but it is so peaceful and tranquil, even at night.

We stayed in capricorn village for 8 nights. Below are our observations. Pros: *Breakfast: They give voucher for the Coffee Club across the road and they have amazing breakfasts! *Central Location: It is 3 min walk from Bangla Road. 7 min from patong beach and mall. On next to everything. *Ambiance: They have cute little village theme. It feels unreal that such greenery on next to all rush outside. *Housekeeping: Room cleaning was rapid. Kudos to the team! *Comfort: Bed was hard as .... I don't prefer to sleep on soft bed like feather so it did not bother me. Air conditioning and fan was functioning perfectly. *Value for money Cons: *Noise. Noise. Noise. I did not predict the music and bass from bangla road can be this much. There is no sealant in windows, so, if you are light sleeper, be prepared for bangla nights. Me, personally, had difficult time in first days, a bit used to it in the end. It should be something to consider for families with kids. If you will not come to your room before 2am, never mind. *My humble recommendation, amenities can be improved. Toothbrush, shaving kit, hand soap etc. We solved all from 7/11 though. *The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But they try to do help you on your requests.

Very neat and clean hotel. The room was cleaned every day without even asking. The staff is really helpful. Great location, you can find everything from food, currency exchange, pharmacy, hair salon within a walking distance. Luggage storage facility is available for you to enjoy the vibrant city without worrying about your Luggage if you have a evening/night flight to catch I will surely come back to stay with this hotel.

The room is consistent with the picture, clean and hygienic, the staff and the cleaning aunt are very warm and friendly Convenient transportation, close to bigc, Patong Beach and Banzan Seafood Market, within walking distance The hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, and paper towels (ultra-thin). I think the water quality is okay. I didn't bring a filter, so the water was fine. The point! ! ! The restaurant next to the hotel is also very delicious! I ordered fried rice, squid, and spring rolls with shrimp, all delicious! Especially the squid on the sign, Zundu is delicious! The only drawback: It may be a bit noisy for people who like quiet. The room we live in faces a school cafeteria. There are chickens crowing in the morning, and there are many foreigners. It often gets a bit noisy when we return to the hotel in the middle of the night. . But the sound insulation between rooms is quite good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is high, and the flaws are not hidden. It’s pretty good~

For Tai, the mattress is average, the cleaning is good, the linen is washed and torn. The staff is not very polite, and it is simply not at the reception. The pool works at the request of the administration, there is no schedule, you come in the evening and there is no light, sometimes the lock hangs during the day, and there is no one to ask, since the reception is always empty. Departure is just as problematic, we left in the morning before leaving, but there was no one there at all, we barely got a phone, and it’s good that we had a Thai number, but if someone doesn’t know English? Horror and nightmare, the most interesting thing is that they took a deposit of $ 100 from us, although they take 30 from non-Russians.
