It was a wonderful resort. Had a double bed and a single bed. We requested for ground floor because of getting the baby thing from room again & again. It had yummiest breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were big, washroom was excellent and big with tub. There was a kids club for kids Pool was very nice Location toooo far and inside from main patong walking street. Only thing i didnt like was the house keeping staff didnt clean the washroom well and the room thoroughly and was really aggressive. Over all experience good , il come back again 😀👍

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool. Good breakfast options. Just felt the hotel was severely understaffed. Staff on the bar at the pool consistently would get orders wrong. Have a member or 2 of staff walking around the pool area taking orders and delivering food. At the price the place costs don’t expect orders to be consistently wrong and slow to come out. Having said that it is a nice hotel and short walk to the main area of town

Location: quite difficult to locate, some bolt drivers got lost trying to find the entrance Check in: was a breeze, but had to pay a deposit of 5000baht which we were not informed of even in trip or confirmation email, i wish this was more transparent. It will only be returned to you during check out after housekeeping staff check your room( it will be deducted any item is damaged or missing) - After check in, shuttle will bring you up as the rooms are location on top, lobby at the bottom of the hill. The shuttle was very dangerous , if you are with luggage, going up the hill theres no buckle to hold on to your luggage if you do not hold on to it tight enough, it will just roll off the shuttle , we were also not warned about the steep slope. ＞ our room was located in the middle of the blocks, so the shuttle dropped us at the bottom and we had to climb the stairs with our luggages, the staff did not want to help us carry at first. - no shelter at all at the lobby, if its raining, then you’ll have to walk under the rain to the shuttle. - you can request the shuttle to drive you from your room to the lobby/vise versa as it is not really convenient with the hill and STEPS. -The first 2 days, staff was fine, all good driving us up and down whenever we called, then out of a sudden, they asked us to use the ‘shortcut’ to our room. Did not specify why, but we rejected after walking the FLOCK OF STAIRS for a day, they were at least 5 stories steep mind you. - if you do not wish to take the stairs, you may walk up/ down the hill, which is VERY dark during night time. Check out: worst day of all, they called your room at 1145 to rush you to check out, said will send a shuttle to OUR ROOM but did not specify which block they will be waiting at, we waited but no one came to our room. After waiting for 5mins? We are unsure if we should carry our luggages up or down to the different pickup point, so i used the staff phone outside to phone the lobby to clarify. The staff answering the phone did not even bother to listen to my question, she just answered, ‘check out? Yes ok we will send a shuttle’ then i asked again, WHICH BLOCK SHOULD I WAIT AT?? And she replied me ‘CHECK OUT YES OR NO?’ I said YES, then she just said OK and ENDED MY CALL. In the end, we had to carry our down luggage, without any help, up the steep stairs, and the shuttle WASN’T even there. We waited for extra 5-10mins before the shuttle came. check out: at the lobby, had to wait 10mins for housekeeping to check our rooms before we can check out successfully and get our deposit back. At the same time I had already feedback my encounter to the manager at the lobby, which said she will take care of if later. She’s fine, she apologized. ＞ and finally it was our turn to collect the deposit, the same lady who pickup and ended my call, called out to me. ‘NI HAO NI HAO( hello hello in mandarin) I was so offended, not every asian looking person can understand mandarin and she could have spoken to me in english cause I spoke to her manager in english right? Its obvious that she did not want to speak to me probably cause i feedback about her. All in all, i will not recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

I saw the previous reviews and to be honest they don’t make justice to the hotel. The hotel is very good, clean, good location not far from the party but at the same time far enough to be able to sleep peacefully. We got room 407. Big balcony consider that all the views of your balcony will be towards another building across the street, but for the price you are paying is very good. Breakfast is good: eggs station, salad, coffee, tea, etc (perfect before you go on a tour in the early morning)

I was very worried about this hotel before, and I looked at the comments as badly commented! result! The service is really great! great! There is also a 7-11 next door to the hotel. The environment is average, just like the domestic one! Because I accidentally broke the glass in the room, when I strongly demand compensation for them, the lobby manager is determined not to take it with me! Smoking is OK, you can smoke at the balcony, don't smoke in the room!

Had a great stay at the hotel, spacious rooms and lovely swimming pools and pool bars. We would’ve loved to see more pictures f a variety during breakfast time, too many of the same dishes especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Better shuttle service to the beach would’ve been great too, there are only 4 opportunities each day to take the shuttle bus to the beach nearby and back to the hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bang Tao and they had a shuttle service going to the market and beach at all times, this made it just nicer to plan your day and a wonderful extra service from the Hilton. Rooms have very little privacy, although the views are incredible, you have to keep your blinds closed at all times otherwise the room opposite you can look directly into your bedroom which just spoiled having these great windows and views. Overall good stay and was quite relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

The overall feeling is that the whole store is fresh, petty bourgeois, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The store is very close to the night market and the seaside, and it is very convenient to walk there in a few minutes. I have to say that the snacks at the night market are really fresh and delicious. It is suitable for snacks like me. This experience is amazing, and I will visit again next time. Clean and tidy hotel with small rooms. Suitable for those who take a bike and explore the island or constantly ride on excursions. The rooms have large beds, air conditioning, balcony, TV and refrigerator. At the reception you can ask for a kettle and iron. Cleaning and new towels are provided every day. Those who often visit Thailand and are ready for this camp will appreciate the neatness of this two-star hotel. No ants, no lizards, everything is clean and without spots, holes. There is always hot water. The reception speaks English and they make good Italian coffee in the cafe. Fabio is a wonderful host, they are constantly in the hotel and you can turn to him for help. We did not have enough hangers in the closet, but we bought an additional set in the store for 25 baht. Don't forget to smile at people, tip employees, and you'll have a wonderful vacation. Nearby there is a market - low prices for local food. Until 11-12 in the morning, almost nothing works there. Near the market there is a Mario restaurant - there the same prices for Thai cuisine as in the market, but clean tablecloths, there are amenities, waiters and they cook delicious food there.
