I have never seen a worse hotel than this one. Not to mention the very rude staff. They don't even respond to greetings. They should close both the hotel with those dirty rooms and the restaurant that serves pre-cooked food. Not to mention the lack of soap and hot water in the room. Never again. I strongly advise against it to everyone

I've stayed at this hotel before and I only returned as it is so convenient for the Piacenza Expo. Everything feels a little dated and the rooms look a little tired. The restaurant is expensive and the choices are limited. In fact for decent food just walk around the corner to the local trucker's cafe and get a great meal for half the price of the hotel. Now assuming you're staying here on business be warned that the internet is very unstable. It will drop out multiple times, which is incredibly frustrating if you're trying to work remotely while staying here. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful.

A little poor hotel, very poor breakfast. Shower without hot water. In short, hotel to be avoided in all respects. Rude staff. The only positive thing is the large rooms. Too much deodorant in the rooms. 2 star hotel no more.

I am an expert tour guide and I stayed with a group in this hotel for the weekend of the Immaculate Conception. The structure is pleasant and the rooms are spacious and clean. Some problems with the heating in some. The catering is excellent, chef Giulio cooks simple but tasty dishes with quality ingredients. The breakfast was very good with sweets but a little lacking in savory foods. The girls in the breakfast room and restaurants were very kind, helpful and patient. It's a shame that the owner was rigid in certain situations, which were later resolved. Good location very close to the motorway exit. Overall the structure is valid.
