帶老外入住該酒店，大堂吧打樣時間有點早，晚上客人沒有地方可去。還有建議在高樓有休息初供客人喝酒聊天的地方。房間空調不提供冷氣，非常的不舒服。

首先此次入住不錯的體驗是入住時免費升級房型，而且酒店設施很新，地理位置在市中心，出行方便，唯一覺得奇葩的是酒店不提供免費瓶裝水，提供飲水機免費更換飲用水，這尚且可以理解，關鍵飲水機的水入住就發現一半不到了，深夜起來想喝水衹能燒水或叫外賣礦泉水，服務員更換挺耽誤時間，雖然告知冰箱有礦泉水收費3元一瓶，想想五星酒店這個minibar收費還行，結果冰箱一看是330ml的瓶裝水，突然意識到在貴酒店要喝水是很難的事情，然後百度了一下無瓶裝水的酒店，畢竟怕是什麼環保政策，因為酒店也本身也倡議攜帶自用洗漱用品，但網上除了個性酒店也查不到啥訊息要這樣做，依稀記得截止目前住過的酒店裡麪不提供瓶裝水的衹有深圳2023年開業的香格里拉旗下前海JEN酒店，但是人家至少不提供瓶裝水卻是用自動蓄水飲用機接通水管無限供應的，不至於像平湖鉑爾曼如此需要人工更換，還要面臨斷水的情況，所以恕我孤陋寡聞，着實不解，而且從另一層面看，再不理解，但凡衹要客房服務檢查到位點都不會發生沒水喝非要客人來發現的問題，所以不給好評也請予以理解
