房間，健身房裡居然沒有瓶裝水？不知道怎麼想的。一種居高臨下地要求收住客500元按金，卻為省幾塊錢而沒有瓶裝水。周圍沒有商店你們不知道嘛？一樓有一個便利店的牌子，也沒看到便利店在哪裡？總之體驗感很一般。要不是有服務員給我拿了兩瓶紙瓶水，這個差評給定了。你們要謝謝她。

過來平湖出差幾天，訂了個高級大床房，但是被升級了行
政房，棒。
房間很大，衞生，網速也快。裏面的一次性用品都是很環保，牙刷柄都是竹子做的，門卡也是木製的。房間裏面沒有礦泉水 但是有飲水機，還有咖啡機，可以自己來，很方便，也不浪費資源。裏面也有瑜伽墊和小啞鈴。可惜啞鈴衹有0.5kg。
健身房很不錯，器材都齊全，唯一不足的是有些器械的鐵
軌需要上油了，很卡。
早餐也不錯，五星級名副其實。
有機會開出差會再來的。

第一次來平湖遊玩，選擇了卓越鉑爾曼酒店，酒店服務人員都很熱情，尤其是行政酒廊小呂提前一天就和我取得了聯繫，並提前做好了安排，不但房型做了升級還贈送了行政酒廊的禮遇，倍感温馨。酒店的設施、衞生、環境都很好，散步就可以到達附近的明湖公園，景色宜人，生態環境也很棒
