チェックイン時間前に到着してその日はたまたまなのか早めにチェックインさせて頂き助かりました。
ロケーションはバス停や夜市が近く徒歩5分ほどでビーチに行けるので便利です。部屋は3階で階段のみでした。バスルームとトイレには完全仕切りがあるのでトイレが濡れたりしません。窓も二重窓で外の音などは気になりません。

入住福賓别館大床房2晚，房間在樓上3樓，樓房沒有升降機，要自行攜帶行李上樓梯，出入是有點不方便，房間內尚算乾淨，但供使用的傢俱只有2張小圓櫈、1張床頭小型檯面及1張沒有背靠椅子，連放行李用的檯面也是欠奉，房間內亦沒有提供免費飲用樽裝水，住宿期間，讓人有諸多不便感覺，但房間空調總箅舒適，沖涼水壓正常，坐機場巴士到站後約需10分鐘內到達賓館，交通尚算方便，外出吃飯很方便，晚上出來整條街上盡是見到很多小吃攤檔，琳瑯滿目，五光十色，讓人有身在異地旅遊感覺，今次入住福賓體驗是一般感覺，房間設施有待改善。

墾丁進來右手邊就是飯店，雖然沒有電梯，但是一開門就是墾丁大街很方便，門口可以停二台車，但是出門不方便，因為都攤販

挺好的一個體驗，老闆超級有禮貌，而且店裡面有3個小貓咪，很可愛的，酒店位置很容易找到，就在下車直走幾分鐘就到了
