Foi uma noite apenas. Hotel muito simples. Enorme corredor dos apartamentos com apenas um metro de largura. Acabamento dos apartamentos péssimo. Fachada simpática escondendo a precariedade geral!

O hotel é antigo, com baixa manutenção de suas estruturas físicas, muito sujo nos vidros e janelas.
No quarto de casal havia falta de toalhas de banho para duas pessoas.
O café da manhã é de boa qualidade. E o atendimento da recepção também.
Entretanto o custo benefício não compensa. O custo muito elevado para oferta do serviço.

Não escolher apartamentos que dão para o estacionamento (lado impar) pedir sempre lado par e com janela para o jardim central ou do outro lado. As pessoas chegam e saem pelo estacionamento e naturalmente conversam, pegam suas malas e fazem barulho exatamente na janela do seu quarto. Sobre o quarto 103, ar condicionado não funciona adequadamente. Tentamos solucionar com a recepção que foram atenciosos mas não conseguiram resolver. Mesmo no 16 graus e deixando por horas o quarto não gelou muito bem. Os funcionários precisam chamar atenção dos hóspedes com crianças que correm e gritam nos corredores. Estamos em um hotel e não em um shopping! Sugestão de um tapete/carpete no corredor dos quartos. As rodinhas das malas passando pelos rejuntes do piso incomodam à noite. Lençóis e cama limpas. Banheiro e quarto também limpos. Armário e gavetas com bom espaço. Tomadas próximas também para carregadores no geral. Café da manhã muito bom pelo preço justo.

Excelente hotel,todos os anos quando vamos ao evento da AFA,optamos pela hospedagem nesse local,dessa vez ficamos surpresos com o carinho das camareiras,que deixaram uma surpresa no quarto com uma almofada de minha esposa. Bom custo benefício. Simples porém limpo e silencioso. Funcionários simpáticos. Sugiro colocarem feltro nos pés das cadeiras do restaurante, pois quando retiradas do lugar fazem muito barulho e o ambiente já dá eco por si só. No mais muito bom.
