We arrived at the hotel on Tuesday, of this week, and were met by Karen, the manager, at the reception. She wanted to show us to our room, to ensure it was ready and that it was properly heated, which it was (excellent customer service). Karen’s hosting skills were second to none and nothing was a bother to her. She definitely went the extra mile to ensure that all guests were happy with their stay. So I can honestly say that the facilities were great and on a par with Karen and her team’s friendly and helpful approach to hosting. A brilliant experience! John Cahill
