Couldn't agree more with the negative reviews of this hotel, which cover many areas for improvement. Our first suite, though I use that term loosely, was a very poor standard also worn out and dirty. Wasted time trying to get support from our our operator Easyjet, who failed to acknowledge the standard of the hotel was not as represented. Their part of the contract was discharged when we were moved to a "refurbished" room on the second day but the room had an awful drain/damp smell but we knew there were no other refurbished rooms available. Whole pemises needs big investment, furniture and fixtures faded and had their day, pool needs maintenance,options in restaurant and in the pool bar very poor. Some restaurant staff rude, its small, dated, worn and not enough space or staff to manage the number of guests. Lots of smoking at pool side and in the pool bar. Come on H10 expected better and won't use the chain again. This premises is 2 star and best, spend your hard earned at much better options. Suggest that some of the single positive reviews here are posted by someone who has a vested interest in this hotel, make of that what you will.
