Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located.
Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note.
We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us.
It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week.
The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot.
We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

Worse time ever been twice before was OK found manager rude I can't walk far so usually get a mobility scooter but this time they required a blue badge so I got 1 but charging was difficult there was a crowd of ten of staying there and one group had to move rooms as was infested with cockroaches others had things wrong as well we only booked there as the last 2 times my friend and I stayed there all was well no English TV channels

This hotel is fine if you don’t mind the odd bug. There were ants around but I find most hotels abroad 1 star or 5 star have some. For the price it’s very good we were lucky with our spot we had access to the playground and smaller pools from our terrace. We had fresh towels and bed linen as often as we needed and fridge and kitchen. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was lots of space for us. It’s not luxurious but it’s in the middle of everything we wanted to go out every day and evening so we just needed a base. We had kids with us and they loved it. The weather was amazing. There are lots of young people and if you don’t like that it’s not for you. However I was never kept awake by them and neither were the kids. There’s a supermarket nearby if you enjoy camping and are used to hostels glamping etc it’s perfect. It’s clean we had two sinks in our bathroom and our own little veranda. As I said it’s not luxury but neither is the price we ate out locally you can get breakfast for 2-5€. If you are expecting 5 star go somewhere else. I found all the staff lovely

Do not stay here !!!!! We were here last week, the hotel is not a 3 star at all, The electrics are so dangerous! The rooms are so substandard The food for all inclusive is shocking ive been sick for over a week !! The beds are unhygienic or broken None of the staff smile and are rude Repeat do not stay here !!!

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in, in my life. Cockroach infestation, they were crawling in my daughter’s cot as she slept, all over the bathroom, all over the floor. Floor was filthy looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2006, balcony door wouldn’t lock, people running up and down corridor late at night screaming banging on our door, waking us up. Party hotel. Went to reception 3 times to ask someone to push our beds together as sometimes our daughter sleeps in with us no one showed up ( I rang prior to our arrival aswell asking them to do this) We went to reception about a few of our concerns and got no help. We booked a new hotel costing us £500 to get away from it. Please stay away from this hotel!!!!

This is the most disgusting, unhygienic, VILE hotel I have ever stayed in. So much so, we left after 24hrs and moved to a different hotel. If you want to sleep with the cast of bugs life, this is the place for you. Our room infested with cockroaches and multiple other types of bugs, I am not naive to expect some bugs, but these were nests. There were hundreds of them nested in a cupboard in our room. The rooms were filthy and coated in thick dust, the beds were like sleeping on a rock, and there was filth everywhere. I tried to be reasonable and ask for a room swap at first, but this was before i’d even seen what they were serving and calling food. We had paid for all inclusive and what a HUGE regret that was, I wouldn’t have even served it to my dog. It looked like it had been cooked four years ago and reheated in a microwave. I am 4 months pregnant, and I honestly couldn’t even bring myself to go near the food, it was a severe health hazard waiting to happen. If you honestly hate yourself and the company you’re with then this is probably the greatest place for you, I imagine hell to be somewhat better than this horrendous hotel. The place needs to be closed and fumigated, i am not surprised to see it down to nearly £300 on LoveHolidays, you’ll probably need the rest of your money for future hospital bills. Avoid at all costs.

After I booked this hotel I read some negative reviews and was very concerned about our visit, but I was very happy with the accommodation and ALL of the staff were brilliant from reception to the maid's the location is very good and within a short walk to bars and restaurants, also the bus service is exceptional. All of our many visits to Tenerife have involved a taxi transfer on this occasion and all future visits we will be using the local bus service . We would advise other visitors to make up their own view's of this hotel and not be put off by a few bad reviews.

Absolute pants. do not take your family here. No air con. had to hire a fan. Supposed to be all-inclusive but a limit on drinks (two per visit) and only one person serving behind the bar. Every time you want a drink you need to join a big queue. Restaurant - not sure it's worthy of that title - buffet was so random and poor, felt like they just brought in the leftovers from the surrounding restaurants. Coffee tasted like it had been filtered through an old man's pants. One young chap was allegedly attacked and had his phone taken while we were there. The pool area is nice. Apart from the tiles get ridiculously slippy when wet. Which is a problem for a pool area. Which is generally wet. Staff were nice. But I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.
