We stayed here just after everywhere was coming out of lockdown. We liked it but the lack of sun beds made it a stressful holiday. We were wrong not to return here though. The lockdown situation was awkward for everyone. Therefore, we’ve come back and we loved it here! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pillows on the beds are heaven! Breakfast was yummy. Thanks to Alan’s omelettes. Superb! Plenty of sun beds round the pool now and was nice and chilled out. Great pool bar with delicious cocktails. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location of hotel suited us too as was near our favourite ***** of bars. All in all a great place to stay and we’ll be back in June. Thanks everyone.

Good clean hotel ideal location for bars & restaurants . Stayed in a superior room this time but found it noisier than annexe as room overlooked busy road. Hasn't put us off going back. Breakfasts were good & no issues getting sunbeds. Staff were friendly & helpful.

The Andorra hotel was way above our expectations. The apartment was extremely clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job with little touches way above our expectations. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the beach and bars and around about it we felt safe. We decided to upgrade to half board and although we have been in hotels where they have way way more at each sitting this was one of the best. The meals on offer flowed and went together and were extremely tasty, hats off to all the cooks and waiting staff. We only had one grumble and that was dinner didn't start until 730 but it wasn't a major issue. The pool area is open from 930am until 6pm. We were amused that people started queuing after 9am. It was November so not at all busy. Plenty beds. Not sure it would be the same in the summer though but since walking distance to beach doubt that would be an issue. All in all we had a great 5 days at this hotel and are planning to return next year.

My wife and me stayed here at the end of October for one week, what a great place to stay, room was great, really comfortable bed, big balcony, breakfast was good, full English, cereal and all the usual stuff. Place was kept spotless, staff all very friendly,and a two minute walk from the Golden mile, five minutes from the beach . Well worth booking, I would definitely return here .

We had a brilliant stay - wouldn't hesitate to book here again! The staff were all polite and helpful, our apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, beds were comfy, there was a selection of tv channels in various languages to suit most, the selection at breakfast was good each morning and the pool bar was a welcome addition. There is a lovely relaxed vibe which suited us just fine - if you want entertainment and activities this is probably not the place for you but if you want to chill out it's spot on. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on our spacious balcony which had a nice view of the pool area . Couldn't fault anything about our stay at all.

This is a fabulous small hotel. Comfy, clean spacious rooms. Food was great, good selection at every serving. Pool area was great and kept clean and tidy every day. Polite and helpful staff who were always happy to help. We will booking to stay again.

My only problem with the property was the heat in the room. With no air conditioning, it made the nights pretty hot.

This is a unique hotel in the centre of PDLA Tenerife. No entertainment No Kids Club Just a great hotel that is extremely clean in an envied position adjacent to fantastic restaurants and Bars. Something for everyone on your doorstep and bust stop also to take you to any part of this wonderful island. The accommodation in the Andorra Hotel has superior air conditioned rooms with a super little kitchen if you decide to eat in. The staff are extremely diligent in all departments. Most clients are returning customers that tells you everything with certain times nearly impossible to book rooms.
